We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels. The support I have received for any of my queries has been second to none. Particularly the support I have received from Joana (27/09) - she answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and offered workarounds for our unique needs. Thank you. Update - 18/09 I've recently add dealings with Ezra, who was extremely helpful and efficient in sorting my request. Once again, the Smile team have delivered. Update 28/07 Smile continue to provide excellent customer support. Thank you very much Shelby.

Simple to use for everyday discounts, and when we needed guidance or something more complex, the prompt and helpful support team came up with solutions and sorted it quickly. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Shogun enough, we have been using it as a page builder for our blog posts and information pages and it is super easy to use. The support provided by the guys at Shogun as always been second to none, and get back to you almost immediately. Has really saved us a lot of time, and more importantly developer costs.
