We used this as a way to prevent customers using discount codes when we ran a sitewide sale. Initially there was a problem pulling through our customers personalisation and text colours. However after notifiying the customer service team they had this sorted within a few hours and it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend if you need to prevent others from using discount codes when doing a sale. We will defo use it again for Black Friday.

So far so good compared to our last review app. - Really good customer service. - Lots of help articles to help you solve your problems. - English is excellent. - Answer almost immediately - Extremely cost effective - Got reviews on to google shopping really quickly - Just generally a much simpler and smoother operation than other 'larger' companies. Really pleased we switched.

So far, this is the best reporting app i've found and used. Pragathi was there to assist me in live time and helped me create a couple of reports and understand what I was doing immediatley. Brilliant app for getting the reports that shopify don't provide. Brilliant.

Amazing help - Arven was fantastic and helped us solve all of our coding issues. Spent as long as we needed with him and was polite and friendly throughout.
