This app by far has shown its completion of ai intergration with SEO together with GPTLAB. All thanks to their highly competent CS team mainly Urooj, who has done a thorough setup at my shopify backend with SEOLab & GPTLAB. She has patiently guided me how to improve SEO ranking in both apps and the results that might potentially yield. She has went beyond her scope to help met to check on my other app settings as well. She is definitely customer centric in her service and welfare. Good Job! Now I hope this app will work accordingly as per promised.

First try out on this AI SEO, lot of backlog I need to tidy up my meta descriptions in order for it to function well. Just starting out have yet to see the results. The team behind this is very responsive especially after having an online meeting with the developer Ednan behind this to advise and guide how this app work. you are not talking to chatbot but real person. Hopefully their rate will be reasonable if the take up rate is good.

it was plain enquiries on further product extension from SP Sales Pop up unfortunately they do not have this product. Nonetheless, Ross was very helpful to extend his service by checking out to make sure the widgets are working well on my website. Kudos to Ross!

This app and support are not wholesome. This app and customer support is not wholesome. A lot to improve. 1) Limitation - not able to override the discount price 2) Communication is limited using only to email hence impede instant response time - therefore affect the SLA. 3) Tech support not able to resolve some of the theme issue which other developer can do it. We just enroll this app into our company website. However, we find one of the app function interface is too cumbersome, needed improvement due to the natural of our business. After feedback to OC Product Enquiry, the developer Ajay response swiftly and take our feedback seriously and subsequently made the necessarily changes. This change will benefit more user dimensions.
