I've been using Loox for some years now and happy with it. Also had some issues recently on comment loading and video not working and they sure replied fast and fixed it. Great!!
I am running the app for some time now and it seems that this is a very easy to use yet a very powerful tool.
Experiencing for 2 days now and support is excellent, no more to say! App gives you very customizable pages and this is great, however it requires some learning curve. If you give that time, it seems like this is a great tool for it's job!

The app needs some learning curve, but I am hopeful. Customer services are great so far! We have contacted Konstantin for some issues and it's been a great service.

If you use Shopify, it gets easy with this and it's so integrated that you don't waste any additional time than thinking on your content...
