Customer service has been exceptional — Julia and the team are quick to respond and always proactive with suggestions. The app integrates cleanly into our custom Shopify theme without interfering with the design or performance. We've seen a genuine uptick in conversion since installing Fit Quiz and have just upgraded to the Premium plan. Highly recommend for any fashion brand looking to reduce size-related returns and improve the buying experience.

Radoslav was helpful and responsive. Quickly identified the source of a script conflict we'd been chasing and pointed us in the right direction. Good support.
