Easysize do not operate in good faith. Disappointed with how EasySize handles billing. We escalated beyond support and still got nowhere. For a tool aimed at Shopify businesses, the customer care around renewals is a real red flag. Would not recommend based on our experience. Save yourself and don’t touch this app. I've now seen other reviews relating to the same thing. Wish I saw this beforehand. Stay away from the app

This review is disingenuous: you confirmed the app worked well and brought strong sales and returns results, then tried to pressure us for a refund. We didn't try to sneakily renew your agreement. Quite the opposite: we reached out before the renewal date but didn't hear back. Our team has also sent regular updates. You later mentioned that some of our emails ended up in your spam folder, but you confirmed you did receive them on your end. The annual plan was your choice, and you saved 33% with it. We also gave you licenses for more stores at no extra cost. You signed an agreement that clearly states annual plans are not refundable – that's also Shopify's policy. Months after the renewal, while you were still using the app, you asked for a refund. You admitted there was no wrongdoing on our part, and we find it misleading that this review now presents a different picture of the facts. The app remains fully available to you for the rest of your term, and our team is here if you need us. We simply couldn't offer a refund, so we've left this here to set the record straight for other merchants.
Really recommend both the app & the developer / support team behind it- we've used this for a number of years and we've been really impressed with how well the app works for us and how user friendly it is.
Amazing customer service. Julia is above and beyond. This is what is needed to keep apps alive. We can basically create most with AI now, but if the app is cheap and customisable, even with own vibe coding making it difficult, then I stay. And I stay. Most apps I delete now. Some are complicated and must wait, but this app is awesome for our complicated set up. Good job.
Customer service has been exceptional — Julia and the team are quick to respond and always proactive with suggestions. The app integrates cleanly into our custom Shopify theme without interfering with the design or performance. We've seen a genuine uptick in conversion since installing Fit Quiz and have just upgraded to the Premium plan. Highly recommend for any fashion brand looking to reduce size-related returns and improve the buying experience.
No support on weekend, expensive, not easy option for languages, much work to do.
omg. 15 cent per add to cart. i was billed so high for a month this is a scam

While Fit Quiz was installed on your shop, 57% of all orders (in supported categories) were made after using the app and with the recommended size. Sales conversion with Fit Quiz was 233% higher than without it. You gained $14 in revenue for every $1 spent on Fit Quiz. Our pricing is fully transparent. Usage fees are clearly displayed when you activate the subscription, accept the terms in Shopify admin, and on the "Billing" page at any time after installation. There are no hidden fees. Usage charges only occur when a shopper uses Fit Quiz and adds the recommended size to their cart. You can view all such cases directly in the app at any time. The app functioned without any technical or other issues while it was installed. It's unfortunate you didn't check the analytics dashboard to see Fit Quiz's positive effect or reach out to us with any questions about pricing and usage fees. Nevertheless, we're glad that Fit Quiz had such a great impact on your business and will be happy to help should you decide to try it again.
Couldn't recommend this app enough! Such a great size assistant and the support team is amazing. Very helpful and even assisted us with some customisation :)

Hij gaat alleen maar uit van de maat die je normaal draagt, als ik bij wijze van spreke 4XL invul en zeg dat ik 150cm ben geeft die alsnog aan dat mijn maat 3XL is... klopt niet en te duur voor wat je krijgt. ook de uitlijning van de tekst op je productpagina is niet handig en goed in te stellen...

Hi team, sorry to hear about your experience with Fit Quiz. It seems, that you had less than 15 mins between completing the setup and uninstalling the app. This might be the reason, why some of the core functionality of Fit Quiz got missed/wasn't set up correctly. 1. You've marked your products as true to size with minimal sensitivity. Our "Size Models" page has an option to create as many custom models, as you wish, and comes with a video explaining how Fit Quiz works and how to make sure it's set up according to your sizing. Unfortunately, you have not used any of these (free) custom options. 2. Fit Quiz calculates the size based on many factors, include the size model and its sensitivity (as mentioned above), as well the product details. Your store primarily sells t-shirts, where height will play less of a role compared to, for example, pants. Fit Quiz does its best to learn about every given product but if a shop has not added correct sizing details, there is only so much it can do. 3. Directly in the app (and free of charge), shops can make basic design customizations – for example, change the text, use custom colors, fonts and icons. Additionally, it's possible to set padding and margins, as well as have different styling for web and mobile. Our Pro and Premium plans have even broader customization options - including custom recommendation logic and design changes of the widget. It's also possible to place the Fit Quiz button, where you want on a product page. As a founder of the company, I'm sorry if some of the setup/integration instructions were not clear, as it seems that there was a misunderstanding around the possible customizations and the overall setup of the app. We will be happy to help you integrate the app properly, so you can see what it can do, when set up correctly. I highly recommend this app. It makes it a lot easier for customers to find the right size of an product. And it's very easy to use.
I've been a Fit Quiz customer for a long time, and our customers use it a lot. The app does its work very well! Alex helped us change to yearly billing, a significant improvement compared to usage billing. We will continue to expand our product range and integrate Fit Quiz!
I’ve been using Fit Quiz for over a year now, and it has helped tremendously the way we handle sizing and fit for our customers. Recently, I encountered a minor issue where a button led to a "404 page not found" error, but it was quickly resolved. It’s a good feeling to know that behind a great product there's a support team that’s equally efficient. The monthly reports generated by Fit Quiz offers deep insights that help us understand our customers’ needs better. I can't recommend Fit Quiz highly enough for any retailer looking to improve their sizing accuracy and customer experience.
Really satisfied with both service and the app. The team is really helpful and the app is super easy to use since it's similar to Shopify UX/UI which makes it so much more intuitive.
Awesome app, and even better customer service! They'll help you get anything to work right away. Using the app has reduced return rate for us, and even increases conversion rate when after visitors have taken the size quiz.
5/5 stars! Easy to use and a great tool to minimise returns. The fit quiz calibration based on customer feedback is great, and for launching new products it's easy to base a fit quiz on an existing product or calibrate in-house. For custom developments (like fit quizzes for all product categories on a "general" size guide page) they provide expert advise and were able to implement within a matter of days! Highly recommended!
Fast and great support! Fit Quiz: Size recommendation it's a great extension. We are using it for all countries.
Finnaly a unique solution for clothing stores that doesnt bother the client with weight issues. Also you have body image figures that help the client to recognize herself with her body type. Very intuitive and fast to recommend a size. I did a lot of tests and works well. The support is great and helps you a lot!
This was such a no-brainer for us and has drastically improved our sales and lowered our returns. One of the best apps to have if you sell garments. Not to mention the amazing customer service and in-depth reports!
