Judge.me's customer service is excellent! We could not be more grateful for their response time and patience with our "non technical" staff.
For some reason, it only wants to publish part of the time. It worked really well in the beginning but now it's not working as well.
We have recently started using this app for reviews on our shopify website. There have been alot of questions along the way and the team and their customer services have been nothing short of spectacular. They are fairly quick at responding via email and were able to help me get my questions answered and provided great solutions for our company.
