The app is straightforward to navigate. Everything is customisable, so the pop-up fits right in with the theme of my website. The chat option is extremely helpful. I required some assistance to remove the logo watermark from a pop-up and the person I was put through to was very fast in responding and fixed my problem right away.
Extremely simple to use and ideal for my website! Will recommend other small business owners to use this app.
