Been using the Power apps for years and will continue to do so! Comprehensive, user friendly (no code required, but available if desired) and efficient. The customer service is also top notch.

POWR: FAQ Page is great in theory. I have two problems with this app as a whole. There is no styling that is easily customizable. Which is the lesser of the two issues I have. In our e-com store we have over 25,000 SKUs, I say this to emphasize SPEED IS EVERYTHING. This app takes a solid 45-80 seconds to load. It is unacceptable.

POWr made this app very simple and clear- perfect for our website FAQ's. Good for a newbie like myself. Customer service superb!

We canceled the service but still got charged without any further notification. When we contacted the customer service for the refund, they said they CAN'T issue a refund even though we haven't used their service for a single day in the past year!!!

The app is great, but it takes about 1-2 seconds to load the questions. Other than that it's perfect.

I like the app but Im not really a big fan of the add voting button, I bought the starter plan and I can't toggle the option off...

I really love how much you're able to customize within this app. To really take advantage of all the features, you have to purchase the unlimited plan, which is a little expensive, but I think it's well worth it.

It did exactly what I wanted and expected. I was looking for a FAQ to embed on my website that looked a little more elegant than a list of questions and answers. This was easy to customize, even using the free features only.

I know there is a way to set up this feature in the code without paying for an app. However, I'm not that tech savvy. It may be worth it to pay someone to set up vs having to pay $4.99 a month. This app has the potential to be very good but at present its poor. Visually it looks nice on the webpage but it is full of bugs. Question alignment is completely off, sub headings not possible, and it is very often impossible to save changes leading to a lot of lost time and work. Support are polite but take a while to get back and haven't been able to come up with any solutions. Avoid.
