The Fairing team has been an incredible thought partner regarding how to further enhance our post checkout surveys to ask questions better, make the experience easier for our customers to respond, and clean up responses so they are more actionable for our team.

Easy to use, easy to install, and does what it says it is going to do. We have been using for a few months now, and the app has paid for itself multiple times over. Their team is extremely fast to reply and always has helped with any questions that we have had. They consistently ask for feedback for how the app could improve and are open to all suggestions. Definitely recommend!
