The setup for this app was extremely easy and I had two stores onboarded in just 30 minutes. We switched from a much more expensive platform to KeepCart and it does exactly what we need. Retaining customers that want a code during checkout will increase our conversion rate and improve customer journey, not to mention the other great features included. Great app for an excellent price that we can grow with!

Still early days for us, but so far so good. Great idea, well executed. Discount Recovery is the feature that drew us in. Instead of just blocking leaked codes, it catches the shopper mid-checkout and offers them a code we control. That turns a margin leak into a conversion lever, at least in concept. We're still working through the testing to see how it plays out at volume. The team has been great to work with. Dillon is consistently responsive and actually engaged, not just working a support queue. That counts for a lot with something sitting in your checkout flow. Worth a look.

KeepCart was an incredibly easy way for us to stop bleeding margin on orders. We noticed that coupon extensions were just giving every shopper 25% off codes that we didn't even know had leaked, and in a couple of minutes we were able to stop them with keepcart and it's been a very high ROl for us.

It helps us prevent discount codes from being leaked, protects our margins, and gives us much better control over how our coupons are distributed. Before implementing it, we had several affiliate codes appearing on third-party coupon websites, which led to incorrect attribution and unnecessary margin loss. Great experience here over the last couple of months. We had a lot of coupon codes all over the net that weren't cleaned up from influencer, affiliate programs, and other seasonal promotions. Was hard to just get a handle on what was going on. This was my first stop, automatically documenting in one place what codes are even being used, was a hugely useful utility for us. From there, we were able to go through the highest value and most active codes and work our way down until we cleaned everything up. Literally thousands of dollars in incremental contribution margin every month now that our house is cleaned up. Ongoing retention features and other modules are awesome additions that keep driving additional value month after month. I don't know how you could run a DTC brand and not have KeepCart watching your back.

If for no other reason than being able to track codes out in the wild / leaked and get updates on those, you should consider this app. It's a great tool to fight back against all of the code injection sites, especially if you work with influencers, etc and want better directional data on actual code efficacy there.

Game changer! We have a fairly large influencer program and have seen an unusal spike in discounts lately due to promo codes. While that's to be expected, there was no way to know all the places the codes lived. Now with KeepCart we can easily tell whose code needs to be updated, all the places the codes are leaked, do we need to block them, etc. The details on this app are incredible. The platform is user friendly and I can tell everything I need to know as soon as I log on. It's a must-have tool for your business!

Shortly after we started providing discount codes to a particular set of new customers, we saw many non-qualified customers using that discount code. Keepcart quickly identified the leaked codes being used across the web. We have brand ambassadors and I honestly think they leaked their own codes to get more referral money. Keepcart lets us notify the ambassador and change their code. Since then no codes have been leaked, allowing us to only pay for real referrals.
So far a good app. It is blocking from doubling and consumers taking advantage. I have more traffic to add so we shall see how it works for more integrations. Will follow up

Fabulous app. We have a growing roster of sponsored affiliates and noticed some of their codes were popping up in discount code extensions on Chrome etc, despite theirs and our best efforts to restrict this. Looked at a few app options, but went with KeepCart based on ease of use and user reviews. We're currently using the free version which has already alerted us to codes we didn't realise had been leaked and will upgrade the app once we've put our own internal security in place too. Support was excellent on the one time we needed it, which was great to see for a free version of an app. Highly recommended.

Does what it says it does - blocks coupon codes from getting entered into your checkout. This app pays for itself after a few days and the reporting to great so you can see how often and where leaked codes are coming from. Easy to install and easier to use.

Loving it so far. Wish the checkout functions worked for non-Shopify Plus accounts, but that's not KeepCart's fault. The coupon leak alert function is still really useful. Definitely recommend and I'm sure the checkout works great based on the other uses of the app.
