Great app which is providing us with additional channels to mobilise. Pretty much a plug and play app, easy set-up and speedy. The embed forms require a little bit more of a play around than the standard pop-ups provided. Otherwise, I do recommend.

The app itself is seamless and provides a great way to feed your Shopify Store into TikTok, especially if you have a complex product set-up. One particular feature we like is the ability to 'unlink' from Shopify, so you can edit product content specifically for TikTok. Their customer support is absolutely fantastic, any issues we've had or any special requests we've needed, their support team have sorted it quickly. A special mention to Aditi, our account manager, who does a brilliant job in handling communication and ensuring we're satisfied with any solutions - she really goes above and beyond!
