The Shopify and Klaviyo integrations work seamlessly, so customer data syncs automatically and leads flow into our email flows without extra work We also appreciate the non-intrusive nature of it like the onsite feed and web push notifications. For the price, it delivers more than we initially expected by a wide margin

Such a great app, we started using mainly for the mobile exit pop up feature but have been able to introduce so much more to our website. We A/B test regularly to see the best performing feature and the help from the team is great. We needed some support and they were there to help straight away, and we've even been on a few helpful webinars they have put on.

I love the seamless integration of Wisepops x Shopify. Very quick and smooth. The library is very handy, I've always used it to start a new campaign. I was so happy to see that web notifications came up, even though I'm not ready to use this feature yet. Good customer support with speedy and effective answers. Their tech team were able to process custom things for us, which is great. Your needs to stay unanswered (in opposition to other apps). It would be great to see that the contact comes from a Wisepops campaign inside its Shopify backoffice contact page. Improvements need to come on the web notification feature, but it's very new with them so it should come fast.

Great app which is providing us with additional channels to mobilise. Pretty much a plug and play app, easy set-up and speedy. The embed forms require a little bit more of a play around than the standard pop-ups provided. Otherwise, I do recommend.

Very disappointed. I reached out several times during my trial to get help and never got proper support. My trial ended without resolving my issue, and I was left with no choice but to stop using the tool. Poor customer service — I can't recommend Wisepop after this experience.

And just recently I've deployed Wisepops on a Shopify store for the first time. It's an absolutely essential tool. And the small details like the ability to set your own goal conversion attribution window makes Wisepops an unbeatable tool. If you're not using Wisepops, you're missing a lot of opportunities to invite your website visitors to take the actions that they want to take.

Really amazing app and idea. Notification that is not intrusive and yet works. Just wish it was cheaper and easier to install. I keep having issues with it not showing up on PC or Mobile and with every fix, it works in one and not the other. As a new company, I think the future is bright if they add more features and/or make it cheaper.

Great supporting app, I've used plenty similar in the past but Wisepops is very intuitive, easy to work around and set up fast great looking campaigns that reach a wide range of demands, it can help give a business significant performance benefits in multiple areas at a fair price.

The app works good, and has a lot of features. But, the pricing feels unfair, it charges you based on total pageviews, even if the majority of these views arent using the apps pop ups. One customer going through 10 pages at once is 10 pageviews. Also the app stops working entirely if you go over these pageviews, and you have to either pay for a much more expensive tier. Also they are tracking these pageviews so you have to trust they are measuring it accurately.

One of the best support teams out there. A lot of apps do the same thing these days and for me, it is always about the support team of the app that makes the decision when choosing. Wisepops is not only a great tool and easy to use, but it also has some of the best people working there - always being helpful, understanding your needs, and above all else great to deal with! Couldn't be happier.

We use Wisepop as a real marketing tool, to collect opt-in the easiest way in compliance with our strong brand identity. They offer multiple ways to customize and display pop-ups at every step of our customer journey, due to their really good segmentation of visitors. Updated my review based on the great work with Boris. I just happen to find the Shopify Bug where the integration was not installed, but since then I have analyzed almost all of the popup softwares (Klaviyo, Poptin, Optimonk, Just Uno, and Privvy). As everyone has said, this one definitely has the deepest integration and the best features. The editor is not the best, but it does the job. The thing that makes this the best for me, is the integrations they offer. I use webhooks a lot and the webhook features with the ability to track clicks is amazing. So I've updated my review!

Easy to install, easy to create nice popups or other marketing collaterals which you can edit to your needs, design etc. Especially for a bilingual website like ours... you can easily differentiate your collaterals to be shown or not on specific locations on your website(s). Really nice tool and also important, very good customer support!

A few clicks and the app was installed. Literally 10 minutes later I had a popup created that checked to see if the product was in stock, if not, the popup would appear with info on when the item would be back in stock. Well done!!

Highly featured and easy to use. An excellent app. BUT it can work out very expensive. This is because It is priced on how many page views your site gets, NOT how many times your pop ups appear. If you have a lot of pop up 'events' then it could be right for you. If you only need to display a few pop ups, you may want to look at an app with a different pricing structure.

WisePops is the best shopify pop up app I've tried so far. It includes all the options you would expect from such a solution like exit-intent, lots of targeting options (UTM, geolocation, etc.), a robust WYSIWYG editor and detailed stats. We've used it to increase our email signups and promote sales and it's been a total success!

We've been using WisePops for 2 months now. Their popup app has allowed us to collect a few thousand emails with limited work on our side, outside of its set up. One of the app's strength is the integration possibilities it has. Greg was also very helpful and gave me great advice to adapt our pop-up to mobile for example. We love Wisepops! We have experimented with different pop-up apps, and this is the best one we have tried. Wisepops has the option of a popup form for email collection, or a popup that just shares information or links to another page. The drag-and-drop builder is easy to use and the triggering options are flexible. If you run multiple websites, you can run them both with a single Wisepops account and easily switch between websites. It is very easy to check on the performance of our popups across both of our websites. Support is also very helpful. If I ever have a question, they are quick to respond via live chat or email.

Albeit a rather short experience with WisePops, we did notice a great deal of increased activity and user retention on our sites. Very easy to use, comprehensive user interface/experience, especially for someone like myself with limited technical abilities. I set up two wisepop campaigns within 1 hour. With very modest traffic and a week, I've captured over 160 emails and 20 sales from offering a code on exit intent. You're a fool if you don't use this app. BONUS: customer service is ridiculously prompt and helpful.

Ok so this app is great and does what it promises. You may have to tweak the templates a bit to get the popups to look great on mobile, but support can help you with that.

Wisepops has been awesome - I have tried out almost every e-mail pop-up in the Shopify App store (and some from outside it) and I enjoy their interface, options and performance the most. There are a lot of reasons why I think Wisepops outperforms the competition, but I will list a few here: - Fantastic + Fair Pricing - Syncs up perfectly with Mailchimp - Ability to target the display scenario and the message that visitors see based on a huge number of factors (referral site, number of visits they've made to your site, exit intent, etc.) - Ability to customize the pop-up artwork + overlay to your own branding - Simple/useful add-ons like a FB like box, a new message that displays after a user signs up, etc). There are a few things they could improve, like adding some .psd templates to make the graphic design process easier and improving their user guide (it takes some trial + error to figure out) but for the price, look and simplicity this is your best bet.

This app is very easy to use, with a lot of customization possibilities. Very good support too. I would recommend it everyone.
