Super quick and effective customer support!
I came to the CS team with a fairly tricky challenge around migrating some reviews. I started out talking to a few agents, and honestly it was a bit frustrating at first since I wasn't getting very far. But once I got through to Oualid and Kima, everything became super smooth. They understood the issue quickly, walked me through it, and got it sorted without any fuss. Big thanks to both of them. That kind of support makes all the difference.
I was totally scammed by this app. DO NOT EVEN TRY IT, they charged us just to import orders, as they promised this would fix the analytics. Anlytics don't work, even with the highest plan.

We have reviewed your comments and would like to clarify that the pricing details of all plans are publicly available with a detailed comparison of the features included in the respective plans. Addressing the issue with the analytics section of the AfterShip dashboard, it is working as intended and we advised you on the chat. Since you had imported more than 100 orders in bulk, which had various statuses, the data being calculated is based on the basis on "imported" date, which was also explained on chat.
