Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — and I’m genuinely sorry this was your first experience with Discount Ninja. That’s clearly not how we want things to start. Discount Ninja is a powerful tool, but it does require a bit of initial setup, and we didn’t get the chance to help you since you uninstalled after 16 minutes. Our support team is always happy to jump in, guide you through the setup, and make sure everything works as expected for your store. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly and we’ll prioritize helping you get up and running. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to turn this around.
very good structured affiliate app, which goes in detail. The reason why i write this is not because of the app, but of the brilliant support members. i had 2 problems, where two support members came by VERY FAST and solved the problems with me patiently! Thank you!
