The app works wonders in terms of conversion. I had some trouble setting up some parts of the quiz, but Ariel and Ivana were able to help and even set parts of the quiz up for me. They went above and beyond and I was very grateful for their support as I was on a tight deadline right before BFCM. Although I'm pretty tech savvy, I still don't understand one particular part of the setup, but I am confident if I need help in the future that the Octane AI team will be there. The rest of the setup was relatively easy, I started to see engagement immediately, and revenue increase. This app is totally worth it. If you are on the fence about installing because of the price, don't be. You will see your return on value. I can't wait to optimize our quiz and explore how to increase conversion even more. If you are looking for a gift card app that is easy to use and has a ton of features, this is it! The customer service is outstanding. We had a customer reach out with some questions that I wasn't sure of how to answer. I immediately reached out via chat support to Sid, and received a response within 5 minutes that solved my issue. We have gift cards in our store during the busy holiday season, and although we will be uninstalling the app due to low performance of the gift cards and the fact that some of the features don't apply to us since our product is not returnable, we would highly recommend and will consider piloting one more time during the next busy holiday season.
