The support that they provide is incredible! Still a new user of the app, but support is definitely above and beyond!
Very supportive and great customer support. Features development is active and getting better and better. They are very flexible and professional so we recommend this app. One only concern is that we get some bugs time to time that it needs to be adjusted.
I use several apps developed by this company and I can say with absolute certainty that the support I get when I have a question or a problem makes them one of the best to deal with ever. They are quick, smart and so helpful. Shri helped me so quickly on an issue I had. Within an hour the issue was located and fixed and I'm a happy store owner again.
This app is very useful for creating cash back and other digital credit store. It works very well with Klaviyo once you setup the right flow to send the giftkart credit and the reminder. It became a key pillar of our loyalty program and our customers just love it. We are on the Plus plan to enable the Klaviyo connection which is absolutely crucial to make the full process work seamlessly. Definitely recommended if you are serious about serving your customers with cash back type of offers.
GiftKart made it seamless to implement store credit cashback for our biggest sale of the year. We've rarely encountered a Shopify app that works this flawlessly right out of the gate. The developer's white-glove onboarding experience is second to none!

The app generally seems like it'd be useful if you want the full range of features, but I only tested the personalized video message as that was 1 of 2 primary features we were looking for. I really wanted this to work but the personalized video gift messaging experience basically doesn't work on mobile devices (for the gift receiver), which effectively makes this feature useless. As implemented, it's shameful to even promote this as a working feature in the listing. If you open this the gift card page on a mobile browser, you can't actually play the video and you need to download the video to your phone- and even then I wasn't able to open/watch it during testing. This means that 90%+ of gift receivers would likely never even watch the video message recorded for them by the sender. Another nit is that the gift card page editor doesn't treat image sizes properly and distorts the aspect ratio even when providing the "ideal" image resolution as suggested. When I contacted developer about the video play issue they cited browser limitations, but there are other apps that offer QR-code based personalized video messages that certainly don't suffer from this debilitating limitation. More likely poor feature design.
We're using this App for Cashback promotion. It works very well. Easy to set up, very well integrated with Shopify. The plus is the support: they effectively and quickly helped us in some customization we needed.
I was looking for a very particular usecase and this app solved that for me, I must have tried 8-10 apps but finally this was the one that met my usecase. The team and support is also super quick, absolutely a delight to have such Shopify apps that makes the merchant's life easier
Still in the early days of testing out this app, but so far it's been quite good. There are a few (relatively secondary) issues/bugs to work through but overall it's been a positive experience thus far. Will check back in with an update (good or bad) within another few months.
Love it. VERY easy. Lots of options. As a business owner I have Zero time to deal with apps that aren't up to par and that cause delays due to many factors. But GiftKart makes it super easy. Don't have to think. Just do.
This app works exactly as described and the support team were really helpful. No complaints at all.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful in working out a few issues on our side and then going above and beyond to create a few more add-ons that would fully support the promotion we are currently running! I cannot say how pleased I am with Sid and this app. We've driven over $10k of revenue in a couple weeks. Here's what we did: 1 - Surveyed our customers and offered them $25 for taking surveys. We improved our businesses, and the AOV for the redeemed gift cards is over $200 2 - Started giving 10% cash back in our brick and mortar. The way the customer can get this is by registering on an iPad. Now we have our walk-in customers' information + marketing privileges 3 - Customer winback drip sequences. This has re-engaged churned customers unbelievably well. Don't think twice, just download this app and use Sid's genius to get you succeeding with it!

We've been using GiftKart for a few months now, and extremely happy with the app and service. For a large brand like ours that sends a large amount of Gift Cards, we wanted a stable app that could handle our volume and the customizations we wanted. After evaluating all the apps, we finalized GiftKart because not only does it have the best in class features, but it also had the best pricing. We've been using them for E-Gift Cards and for various contests and campaigns. They have a lot of functionality that's helped with retention as well. And if that wasn't enough, these guys keep innovating and building new features. Can't recommend it enough

We really appreciate the functionality that GiftKart provides for our shop. The functionality to schedule or even just send a gift card to a specified recipient really should be a basic functionality included in Shopify. Sid has also been a joy to work with, very friendly and extremely quick to help out if we have any questions or need any additional functionality built into the app. I will say that the app does seem to always be rapidly changing. This is impressive and we are happy that we continue to get even more value with our subscription, but I do also worry a bit that something will break with how rapidly things are updated. That said, so far it has worked consistently and without issue. I would absolutely recommend GiftKart to anyone who needs a better gift card experience than what Shopify provides.
These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great with tons of options. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. They listen but also makes it happen. All I can say is thank you Tim and staff. If you are looking for a bundle app. Definitely use this one.
I have been working with the owner Sid the last month and he's both helpful, patient and professional. We are doing some customization for our store and they've been responsive and quick to fix any issues we had. I am looking forward to working with him on additional "flow & programs" that will increase customer loyalty & purchases. I found his pricing model much more reasonable compared to the competitors who are alot more flashier & large scale but not able do add that personal touch. I will continue to update and highly recommend this app and giving Sid and his team an opportunity. I hope he continues to upgrade and perfect this app. It has HUGE HUGE potential.
If you are looking for a gift card app that is easy to use and has a ton of features, this is it! The customer service is outstanding. We had a customer reach out with some questions that I wasn't sure of how to answer. I immediately reached out via chat support to Sid, and received a response within 5 minutes that solved my issue. We have gift cards in our store during the busy holiday season, and although we will be uninstalling the app due to low performance of the gift cards and the fact that some of the features don't apply to us since our product is not returnable, we would highly recommend and will consider piloting one more time during the next busy holiday season. Shopify's native gift card experience is not great. This app completely fixes it, the code is sent directly to your recipient, on a specific date and you can include a message and VIDEO! This app is the best gift card app I’ve come across and blows away the capabilities of the Shopify system on its own. We are using it for gift cards and store credit. Set up was straightforward and there are lots of options for personalizing the experience you offer your customers. Support has been responsive and quick to take action. If you have always wished the Shopify gift card component was more robust I highly recommend you try this app.

Sid is great to work with! Very responsive, professional and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is set up for a good customer experience. The app itself has great features that I think my customers will appreciate, including custom greeting cards and video messaging for gift cards, and the gift wrapping and gift messaging options. The aesthetics are also really nice, and I love the fact that customers can track their gift card balance easily and on their own.

I installed this app to help plug the glaring gap Shopify has allowed to exist within its basic Gift Card product offering with regards the lack of sophisticated options within the service. With help from the developer's technical support, which was first class, the app performs exactly as I'd hoped.
Very good service and great app. They helped me straight away and there is now a gift note on my website.
Easy to use, working correctly on my site with custom theme. It only took 2 minutes for me to set up.
The app has worked great and we have a pos system that makes life difficult sometimes and the team was able to fix the issue. Highly recommended the app

Free app - perfect app to have for gift wrap upon checkout, simple installation, and instant technical support via WhatsApp! this is a must-have app!
As a florist we use the card note function in the cart. So far it is working great! Simple to use/edit, and the support provided was top notch. We plan to use the upsell function in the future as well.
