Customer Service Sherwin is very helpful and patient, answered all of my questions as a non-fiannce person, and guided me step to step to set up my sync. Definitely will recommend this app. Second time to ask for help, luckly it's still Sherwin, she did a great help to ask questions. I'm waiting for my problem to be resloved.
Helen has helped me to figure everything out super quickly, would recommend this app just for the customer service

Subject: Clarification Regarding App Pricing on Shopify Hello there, Thank you for installing our app — Year Make Model Advance Search! We wanted to follow up as it seems the pricing details on our app page may have been overlooked. You can find the full breakdown here: App Pricing Details >> https://tinyurl.com/248hdaul To clarify: If you're using a Shopify Partner Development store, you’ll automatically be placed on our free development plan, which comes with limited data access and is meant for testing purposes. However, based on your current Shopify account, it appears you're on the GROW paid plan, https://tinyurl.com/24xrrbzg , which means our app will function under our standard paid pricing structure. For visual reference, please see the following screenshot where we’ve clearly outlined this information on our app listing: https://tinyurl.com/248hdaul That said, we do offer a 7-day free trial for all new installations, giving you full access to the app's features. If you decide to uninstall the app within this trial period, you will not be charged. We hope this clears up any confusion. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance setting things up. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, The Support Team Year Make Model Advance Search App
