We have used Webkul apps for other systems (DPD integration for Odoo) in past with so-so experience. Using the Shopify Odoo app continues to be so-so again. The idea of the app itself is pretty good and the implementation would do its job. What we see are performance issues and lack of service. Tickets are not followed up and kept open for over 2 weeks. Why should we rely our daily business on a unreliable app and unreliable partner?

We use this app for quite some time and it helps a lot to grow our business. The functionality and configuration options really allow us to tailor the module to our needs. We also appreciate the very quick and friendly support in case of minor hickups. They are fixed immediately.

The app allows us to extend our business scope. Works perfectly and the support is very friendly and extremly helpful. Nice to communicate with the team.
