I've had a great experience with Smile so far! After researching a lot of different loyalty/ rewards platforms for my brand, smile kept coming up. I even downloaded and tested out different platforms, and smile was by far the easiest to use and set up. I built out my loyalty plan very quickly, a d got it all up and running with the help of their team, specifically Lisa who was super helpful. I've had a great experience with this app! I searched for and tried multiple other upsell/ button type apps, and none other had the aesthetics/ functionality of this one! Looks great on mobile and desktop and is extremely customizable and easy to use! Also their support is top tier. Anytime you have a question or need help, their dev Arthur is quick and happy to help! Overall I really like using postscript, it is easy to build out flows, make campaigns, and segment your list, their support is helpful and quick. and I like how you can A/B test your popups to see which ones get the best opt-ins,

I love section store! I have used several of their blocks and it makes it super easy to build a top notch website! I don't have any experience building blocks or coding from scratch, and don't always want to pay a developer hundreds of $$ to build me blocks, so section store always comes in handy! Very helpful app for creating blocks on your website. Instead of having to custom code and make banners/ blocks from scratch, it is pretty drag and drop and something even a beginner can work on. Jung on the support team is VERY helpful and responsive, and was able to help me customize blocks numerous times. They have blocks for pretty much everything you need to create a beautiful website! What a great app!! I decided to download it and give it a try instead of the standard shopify reviews app which was pretty basic. I love how it automatically emails you customers after they purchase, and offers them a discount code to leave a review. It also offers a link to share so they can have their friends try it and they get $$ off which is a great way to bring in new sales. I get so many more reviews now since using loox. Also i had to export all the reviews from the old app and put them into loox which i was having trouble with, so i reached out to their support and they were incredibly helpful!!! Jodel helped me remove all the old code from the old app, and add the loox code so i could get the stars and number of reviews to show up on my home page, product page, and collections pages exactly how i wanted! So far I love this app! I have an abandoned cart campaign setup to help convert people who don't go through with their order, and it works great! It offers a discount code to the customer, and sends a realistic personalized text with their name so people really think its me texting them. I also love sending out campaigns when I launch a new deodorant scent, run a sale, or have any other exciting announcements and it does great! I also do a lot of email marketing, but text definitely resonates with a different crowd of people which I find to be super helpful. Any questions I have had, Kyle from support responded to me promptly and helpfully. We have LOVED this app! Been using it for almost 6 months now. It was really hard to find a good one that worked and this one has done everything we wanted. We use it so people can create a mix and match bundle with our deodorants, and people love it and it works great. Very user friendly and integrates with our store really nicely. Also their support is super FAST and AMAZING. I have only needed to contact a few times, and Anton literally went into the back end of my store and fixed the issue for me in under an hour! He was so prompt with his email updates, and knew the exact issue and how to solve it! Highly recommend this app, if you have a variable product that comes with different scents or flavors, it is a great way to get people to buy more with a discounted rate, and increase your AOV!

So far this has been an amazing app!! I spent soooo long looking for an IN CART upsell app and tried at least 5 of them and all just looked tacky or didn't function well. One day I was scrolling on Tik Tok and found this one, and it does everything I want! It is extremely customizable down to every color and button and piece of text, and the support is amazing. They always respond super fast, and even Tyler the founder was super helpful in chat making sure all my questions were answered and the app was functioning properly on my site. Highly recommend, great monthly prices too, and is an excellent all in one upsell app. Even allows for volume discounts in the cart which leads to higher AOV. Thank you!!
