Standard so-so, Shopify-built app that reminds me of Shopify Flow. It does some things but not the things you want. *Update. They added Metafields! Now performance has gone into the toilet. For stores with large product selections this app absolutely crawls. Or maybe it just crawls for everyone. Still a two-star for other reasons. * You can't sell products to multiple platforms from one place. Not even to Amazon in the US and Canada. Managing a dozen products one platform at a time is possible. But not hundreds. Definitely not thousands. * You can't even tag products that are selling on one platform so that you can easily list them on another. * It doesn't integrate with Shopify Flow so you can't use workflows to do either of the jobs above. Adequate. But in the world of AI you can't help but think someone could build something better than this in a few weeks. Update: I did just that! I abandoned this app and built my own with features I actually need: Auto-listing on multiple marketplaces Reporting Repricing logic API accessibility (the lack of this was the death blow) Don't accept mediocrity. If your business needs it, build it.

Despite never using and uninstalling this app last month it continues to charge me a monthly cost. No communication that my trial was expiring. No communications from this company at all, in fact. The one-star review here is a plea to stop the practice of carrying over subscription charges into the next month. If you cancel on Oct 13th, for example, your subscription should end on Oct 31st. Rolling it over to the next month is a shady accounting trick that I don't see outside of Shopify. Hi Trevor, Ezra here from the C:Hub team, I've shot through a few emails to try and get in touch to discuss this one with you, but haven't heard back sorry. I've also tried reaching you on social media this afternoon and hope to hear from you soon. But also just wanted to reply here to share as much information as possible for you. I did jump into your account on our end and could see that you did uninstall our app on: November 8, 2025 at 1:58 pm and could see that the final subscription charge on the account was for the period of: Nov 6 - Dec 6 The Shopify platform simply sees that our app was installed on the 6th, so it applies the charge for the month. However, this is actually a Shopify practice and fully controlled by the Shopify platform. As Shopify app developers, we use the built in Shopify subscription system that handles all payments, which is why you'd see the app charge on your Shopify invoice instead of serperately, from our business directly. I can absolutely understand the frustartion though and am more than happy to help. I'd love to hear from you through email, or social media, anytime. We'll also pass this feedback onto the Shopify team, however please understand that the practice of carrying over subscription charges in this way, is not within our control and is completely handled by the Shopify platform and we'd really appreciate it if you'd re-consider your 1-Star review. Also, sorry to hear you didn't recieve our automated emails, they may have landed in a junk or spam folder, but we'll also investigate that on our end to make sure our emails are as inbox friendly as possible. Thanks Trevor, hope to hear from you soon. Ezra

I used Appstle for six months. Customer service was responsive and helpful. The app wasn't too crippled in its price tiers. Uptime was 100% as far as I could tell. I was pretty happy. But adding 800 lines of code to every page on my website did not make me happy. This was without even running the widget. This little app made up 30% of the code on every page. That's not great for seo. It is excessive and clumsy. It also added a backlink on pages without my permission. I asked if I could remove any code and was told that it was 'essential'. What are 800 lines of code essential for if I'm not running the widget? All the loyalty calculation happens at checkout. It's a cautionary tale and I should have checked this at installing. Still, Appstle has a responsibility to be lightweight and to not take advantage of the domain authority of their hosts. Now that Flow can use javascript to make graphql call I can build my own internal points system.

Dear Merchant, I'm Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our Loyalty application. We've recently made significant optimizations to our widget. It now loads only when clicked, ensuring minimal impact on your site's performance. In fact, we've tested the new code with Google Lighthouse, and it doesn't affect your website's score at all. We would greatly appreciate it if you could give it another try. Please reach out to me at ria@appstle.com, and we will have a Senior engineer help you hands on with the setup.

A terrific product with an intuitive UI. I've been using it for several years to solve issues large and small.
