I have deleted you app one month ago but now i have charged your app subscription in my bill. You dont have any address to take contact so please refund the payment. Shopify help says that need to contact to you but its quite hard. Hi, thanks for leaving a review and sorry to see you had trouble reaching out to our team. It looks like Shopify has actually removed the support email from app listsings which we weren't aware of. We'll add some new support around this to make it easier. On the charge, I can see that Shopify did apply a subscription charge on: Mar 19, 2026 And our app was uninstalled: Mar 20, 2026 Shopifys subscription system charged in advance, so the subscription is paid on Mar 19, for the month ahead, to April 19. This is an awesome app and the customer support is first class. Ezra is super-responsive and helpful. He's also keen to take on board feedback with a view to incorporating suggestions into future releases. Highly recommended if you have repeat customers as the native Shopify functionality just doesn't do the job.

If you are on the fence, just do it. It is affordable, functional, and the customer service is top notch! Any issues or questions were responded to in a timely manner and Ezra was always on top of everything! Very happy with this app and all it offers to my business and customers! Very easy to use with lots of add on options. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

This app does everything for customer accounts and it looks great. I literally added an entire customer accounts page with all the options the bigger places have in less than a couple hours. I even have a floating icon on the site that will take you to customer accounts, contact us and any other pages I have added to the customer accounts section. Great product, very helpful and easy to use.

Despite never using and uninstalling this app last month it continues to charge me a monthly cost. No communication that my trial was expiring. No communications from this company at all, in fact. The one-star review here is a plea to stop the practice of carrying over subscription charges into the next month. If you cancel on Oct 13th, for example, your subscription should end on Oct 31st. Rolling it over to the next month is a shady accounting trick that I don't see outside of Shopify. Hi Trevor, Ezra here from the C:Hub team, I've shot through a few emails to try and get in touch to discuss this one with you, but haven't heard back sorry. I've also tried reaching you on social media this afternoon and hope to hear from you soon. But also just wanted to reply here to share as much information as possible for you. I did jump into your account on our end and could see that you did uninstall our app on: November 8, 2025 at 1:58 pm and could see that the final subscription charge on the account was for the period of: Nov 6 - Dec 6 The Shopify platform simply sees that our app was installed on the 6th, so it applies the charge for the month. However, this is actually a Shopify practice and fully controlled by the Shopify platform. As Shopify app developers, we use the built in Shopify subscription system that handles all payments, which is why you'd see the app charge on your Shopify invoice instead of serperately, from our business directly. I can absolutely understand the frustartion though and am more than happy to help. I'd love to hear from you through email, or social media, anytime. We'll also pass this feedback onto the Shopify team, however please understand that the practice of carrying over subscription charges in this way, is not within our control and is completely handled by the Shopify platform and we'd really appreciate it if you'd re-consider your 1-Star review. Also, sorry to hear you didn't recieve our automated emails, they may have landed in a junk or spam folder, but we'll also investigate that on our end to make sure our emails are as inbox friendly as possible. Love this app. Adds so much more than the standard boring Shopify accounts page. Highly recommended. We ran into a problem when we installed a new theme which caused C Hub to bonk. Reached out to support their support and they where able to get it sorted (thank you Ezra). If you'd like your Accounts Page to deliver more of an Amazon style experience for your customers, try this app.

The app works wonderfully and it really helps to add some much needed functionality to the normally barebones Shopify accounts experience. The most important thing is that the team has hands down some of the best support we've every experienced from an app developer.

I used the app with the (now) legacy customer accounts in combination with Shopify's dawn theme. Everything worked as expected and looked nice, until I decided recently to switch to the (new) customer accounts within Shopify, to avoid trouble if Shopify should retire the old accounts. The app stopped working, and I could not reverse the settings at all. I contacted the support using their chat boot but was only able to talk to AI. I sent two emails with help requests through the app, without getting a feedback for a week, although a collaboration request was sent (which I granted, hoping they would fix the issue). After a week of not receiving any feedback at all through the common channels I cancelled the subscription and deinstalled the app. I then left a 1star review explaining the situation. A few hours later I got a message from Ezra from support via my Facebook business page. It looked like their emails with help and instructions did not arrive in my email inbox and neither in the spam folder (they investigating at the moment what the issue could be). We kept messaging via Facebook as this seemed to be the only way of communication for the moment. Ezra and his developer were able to address and fix the issue within the app that made it stop working in my shop. As of today I have reinstalled the app, it is up and running with no issues in combination with the (new) customer accounts. Ezra was very communicative, and offered outstanding support and assistance. The customer support was outstanding as soon as they discovered another way to contact me. The issue with not receiving their customer support mails is still existent, and not related to issues with my own email setup (running a business email through an Australian web hosting company with also great support and service: Ventra IP). The emails from the app for installing and deinstalling the app itself arriving in my email box, so there must be another issue somewhere which I am not able to address, but the team of the app is working on that issue as far as I know. If you are looking for an app with clean customer experience in the accounts, I can highly recommend this app.

New Review June 2025: Once again Ezra has been amazing to work with. I needed to change some things and was concerned that switching to new customer accounts would delete everything I had already set up. Ezra took the reins for me and made the switch. Not only that, but he noticed a color that did not belong and switched it over to my color theme, and he connected my autoship program to my customers account page for me. The fact that my customers had to go to another page to get to their autoship was something he noticed on his own. This change makes my store more user friendly for my customers. I really appreciate how he goes above and beyond! March 2024: I was working with a large "shopify expert" company to customize my customer portal. It was a very disappointing experience and I lost out on a lot of money (down payment). About a week after telling this company I was no longer going to work with them I stumbled across your app. Your app did EXACTLY what I had hired this company to do! It was so easy to set up and I am thrilled with the app. Your customer service is the cherry on top.

C:Hub is a great solution for our needs. We have wholesale customers, and needed a simple UI, but we also needed some advanced features. Was VERY happily surprised by how this team works. They gave us proactive support, and even did some custom configurations to help this work ideally for our customer. We now consider them strategic partners. Not just an app. They really care. And it makes this a real solution.

This is arguably the best looking app for a Shopify Customer backend. Its just clean helpful and appealing to look at vs the antiseptic Shopify backend for customers. Shopify recently changed many thing which totally broke this app but, the support team led by Ezra was awesome at getting everything fixed in about 10 days and keeping me informed daily on their progress. The price is very fair for what you get and I am very happy with the apps visual appeal and the great customer service/support!

Tried other similar apps but this one is by far the best, reasonably priced and works flawlessly. Excellent App, easy set up and plenty of customisable areas. This app takes customer login to a whole new dimension. simple, clean, customizable - perfect. a must have if you want to greatly enhance customer experience. I was looking for an simple "reorder" app. this app covers it and a ton more. great value and I advice you to install this app RIGHT NOW!

Good app, makes accounts look much nicer. My only wish is the ability to add Product Metafields to orders, this way customers can see the latest ETA for preorder products on their order pages.

Customer hub is really a game changer. The portal looks very intuitive and nicely designed. Integrations work smoothly with other apps. customization is very easy.

This App is so much more than a customer accounts page. With so many great App integrations you provide your customers with an account page full of potential to engage and keep them returning.

We use a paid for theme however the customer account section was bland. Since installing Customer Accounts Hub app it has made it so much better and easier for our customers to navigate as you can add everything they need to their accounts. Looking at their future planned releases this is probably the best app you could add and will make your website look a lot more professional. It also seamlessly integrates with other apps we have installed such as a loyalty programme, order tracking and reviews so our customers can now view all this within their accounts and not have to click through multiple pages. This may be the best app I have for my Shopify store. The customer page is beautiful and practical. It's very easy to modify, and if you need help, the developer is on-top-of-it. I mean ON-TOP-OF-IT! They also integrate with other apps well and they seems to actively talk to other developers about what they need, constantly added new beneficial features. I really can't stress how great and proactive the service is with this app. They made my site better with things I didn't even know that I needed! MUST HAVE!

Good service, I had an issue where my old account page was loading first, and then getting covered up by the customized one a second later, and they fixed it super quick.

However, if you have been running a Shopify store for more than 6 years, searching for a solution to the native customer account page for all these years then finally find this app, you probably know my feeling. Customer Accounts Hub is MAGIC!! It integrates to the membership reward app I am using. When I toggled on the integration I was literally shocked by how perfectly it executed the integration. The implementation to my store was sooth like butter. Actually, leaving a positive comment is an irrational action for me. Think if you have a powerful weapon, why would you recommend it to others when they may be your potential competitors lol But Customer Accounts Hub is so great that I really want to thanks the team. Excellent app. When I started adding apps to my store this was the first one I installed. The app works great with other apps like; Bon, Judge.me and Parcel Panel. Installing this app first allowed me to make sure I only installed apps that work with CustomerHub. Overall I am really happy how CustomerHub performs on my site. Customer service is great with quick responses and easy explainations. I definitely suggest this app.

Customer hub is incredible, the team is so helpful, so willing to jump in and work on something to make the experience fit your requirements. I'm so impressed by their customer service team, their ability to answer questions, and their ability to integrate with our business model. The Customization is beyond any other app on the market, and this works with shopifys native recaptcha which a lot of older custom account page apps struggle with. Get this app, if you are on the fence take the leap.

Customer Hub has helped me customize my accounts page on the website specifically for my business. I sell digital products, which presents many challenges with customization for accounts and checkout. However, Customer Hub, specifically Ezra at Customer Hub, has walked me through everything and even pushed for a Sendowl integration that makes a huge difference in my customers' experience on their orders pages. I love this app for Shopify.

Coming back to edit my review. Ezra contacted my store after our review. He was apologetic and had made an error in responding to our email. We moved forward and he developed coding for SendOwl to intergrade with Customer Hub. It works perfectly and I am pleased to be using this app. If you deliver digital goods and need a 'download here' link in your account area reach out to them! Thank you! I emailed Customer Hub with questions on how to add coding for my downloads. They never responded to my emails for help. So I removed the app before I was charged. I would expect a response from an app within 7 days. What if I had a pressing issue and needed an answer?

Great service, their team responsed to me and solved problems quickly. Great APP, I easily added my other APPs to the customer account page, now my customers are able to find what they need just in one page.

This app solved so many issues I was having with the account page for customers. We really needed clients to be able to log in and see all their info in an easy to understand way and this app makes it happen. The interface is clean and intuitive and there are a ton of integrations and more seem to be coming out all the time. The support is fantastic too - I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Wow loving this app, i had a problem at first not because off this app but because off a old app I was using left loads of old code I message support within 20 minutes they asked for login and sorted the problems i also asked if they could Customise the app and they did now it’s even more perfect it solved a problem where customers would keep asking how to use there loyalty now with this app it’s in all there customers accounts because off the integration with my loyal app

Decided to try out this app because they show that they incorporate Reviews and Tracking buttons into hub, while I didn't see anything similar on Flits. Thank you to Ezra for helping set things up. Customer Accounts Hub is a wonderful app. Simple and straight to the point, it just enhances the basic Shopify Customer account in a very efficient way. Although I would say the app is on the weak side regarding multi-language use, its architecture allows displaying translated content within the account using third party translation app (langify in my case) very easily for a small amount of work. Plus, Ezra has been very kind and efficient solving a minor issue which is a great plus. Strongly recommended.

We utilize this app to provide a more robust customer account page and utilize its integration with the Draft Orders app from another developer so that our price quotes and historical order information are visible in one place. Looking forward to building it out with other integrations and custom links to create our perfect customer portal. Amazing Customer account page upgrade, gives you unparalleled customisation and control over literally every facet of you customers account page. colours, actual layout, what options they have and a detailed menu builder, you can even directly link shopify pages for customers to use quickly. It is actually amazing. Multiple types of apps can be integrated to work alongside CustomerHub too eg; Wishlist's and loyalty apps, if there is an app you want to integrate they have that option so the team can work on it for you. Also has an amazing array of analytics to keep track of how your customers are handling and using your setup. Truly worth every dollar. To the team behind CustomerHub, well done, the only thing id like to see changed, is every time you alter and save settings in say the "Style" tab it saves and then returns to the "Menu Builder" tab. Only a slight inconvenience but can consume considerable time when you save, preview changes and then go back to alter colour choices. Otherwise i absolutely love this program, thank you immensely.
