Rue & Dagger

I’m happy with the overall app and their quick response to help me solve any issues. Thank you!!

Very quick response with a question I had. No hassle and no fuss! My question was answered and problem solved.

I needed to figure out how to update my ebook and chat support helped me out. I thought it was this grandiose way of doing it but nope it was simple as 1.2.3. Once you get the hang of it you will be just fine. Thank you for the review. We continually strive to make the app simple and easy for merchants. We are glad to have helped you and will continue to support you in every possible manner.

The representative assisted me with no confusion on their part even though I felt like I was confusing them. They knew exactly what I meant and solved my issue very quickly and professionally. Amazing service! Thank you so much!
