Needed something to edit/modify existing variant options. According to customer service, this app doesn't support existing options. Wish that part was clear from the start oh well.

Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. I was testing with one product but then the app changes the interface for ALL products. Tried going back to default setting with no success other than deleting the app itself. Customer support sent me a bunch of links to help pages, which made it even more confusing to pinpoint the problem.

Can't really say anything about it. After an hour trying to setup the app I gave up. It keeps giving me an error.

Hi Daniel, We did notice that you could not setup your app and this is why we immediately sent two email to you from our Zendesk letting you know that we can set the app for you. Couldn't quite understand what the app wants me to do. Or what I want the app to do... Probably my fault since I'm new to SEO. Support was helpful, but it's like a college professor trying to teach a kindergartener. Again, probably my fault.
Didn't work with my theme. I only got automated emails back when I submitted feedback. Some of Meteor menu codes are still there preventing me from installing another menu app. I don't know how to get rid of these codes and can't find help from the developer

We've made many improvements since 2018. There is a button within the app to remove all code that is installed with the app-- this is the best practice for Shopify app developers. We've also updated our email communication upon uninstall to make this as clear as possible to our merchants. Our average response time is now 1-2 hours during business hours (or the next business day if outside of business hours) when you use the live chat widget within the app. :)
