I’ve never had this level of support from a software provider... Bookkeep actually responds. And not "just" respond, they respond quickly, with real solutions. Every interaction has been quick, helpful, and teams are all knowledgeable. They’ve helped me navigate and solve multiple challenges, hours I would have otherwise spent on consultants. It’s rare to find a software and their CX this responsive and invested in helping their users succeed.
Good program so far with great customer service. Jon was great on chat and helped us resolve our issue ASAP!
