Bookkeep.com has become an essential part of our Shopify operation. Quite frankly, it solves reporting and accounting gaps that Shopify itself still has not addressed. The support team is exceptional — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. More importantly, the people behind the product understand accounting. They are not just software support staff; they understand financial reporting, reconciliations, assurance requirements, and what management actually needs from accounting data. What stands out most is that they continuously improve the platform. New features, better workflows, stronger reporting — they clearly listen to accountants and operators and build accordingly. This platform has saved me hours every month! As with any integration, there is a period of fine-tuning, but they were super eager to jump on multiple calls to make sure it was working. I spend months trying another integration, but it didn't actually save me any time. I told myself I would never take on another eCommerce client again, but Bookkeep might persuade me to take on more eComm clients.

This app keeps QBO up to date on a daily basis. My financial statement are always current I always know exactly how our business is doing. On occasion where something has changed in Shopify or one of payment forms, customer support at Bookkeep quickly resolves the issues.

I've used Bookkeep for years. It's given me so much time back to run my business and not stress about bookkeeping, which is not my specialty. The subscription is worth every penny and my reporting and subsequent tax prep is seamless. There is a little learning curve on the front end and the support team has held my hand through the initial phases. Now it all just happens- like a small miracle. Highly recommend to customers that are looking for accurate reporting, daily integration, and a helpful support team.

This is such a great software for my clients who use Shopify and have a lot of daily transactions. I was so overwhelmed with my client's books until I found Bookkeep. Task that would take me hours to do without Bookkeep is all there and saves me so much time and headaches. I love how everything is connected to easily. This has saved me so much time! This integration posts our sales, deposits, gift cards, fees, and so much more on a daily basis so that our books are up to date. Their customer service is available at convenient times and has assisted me with questions or errors. They have even alerted me when I set up the integration incorrectly and gave me steps to fix the issue. As an accountant, I will be using this will all of my Shopify clients!

This software does exactly what they say it will and saves an incredible amount of time for any accountant who wants postings to go to Quickbooks withot every single product and customer going over to the books also. Genius. The support has been truly remarkable - they know what they are doing... just wish they made all the software we needed! I started when it was $10, but even now at $60 for our three locations, its an absolute must have. Don't waste your time and the headache of doing this yourself, in my opinion, its money well spent for our small business start up.

Daily and accurate journal entries mean I know where my business stands every day without a lot of checking or calculating between different programs. No more confusing journal entries from multiple sales channels and stores! No more, why won't this balance? What batch is that, etc?! ThisPLUS the customer support is insanely good! Not only did Anish and Ananie get me set up properly, but they walked me through all the connections and links and entries so I really understand where the numbers are coming from. Buy this now. If you are a busy entrepreneur, it will change your life. Rock Stars! PS - A few years ago before Bookkeep Daily Summary was available I tried the QB version, which makes a journal entry for every single transaction into QBO, which is not necessary, redundant and slows down QBO to the point that it is useless. So glad I checked again for something new! This is the way to go if you want smart, clean and accurate books.

Great onboarding, intuitive and direct 1:1 support via zoom to get it all set up. Would like to have the ability to summarize by product type and class code at some point but great for now.

They have been very helpful. As I was trying to figure where some of the income was and how it transferred over. They spend a lot of time with me on zoom making sure everything was setup well. Great customer service.

I just happened to come across this app and after a month of mapping, reconfiguring and working on my set up it's working like a charm and it's super easy. This app saves me so much time! I used to export the reports in Excel spreadsheets and use the pivot table to summarize the sales, taxes, gift cards, expected deposits, from all those payment types, etc. Then I had to reconcile the payouts to the sales minus the fees. Now all of these happen automatically! It also summarized each day's sales into one journal entry, which makes QBO so much better to work with. Finally, an app that meets all my needs.

I love this app! It leaves the transactions in the subsystem where they belong rather than clogging up QuickBooks with redundant data readily available in Shopify. Transactions are summarized daily making tracking of bank deposits and daily sales a breeze. All that and a log (audit trail) too!

I had some issues accessing it at first, but I spoke with customer support and they were super efficient in resolving my issues and explaining things to me as well. Thank you!

I stumbled upon this app about a month ago. I am very happy with it. What a huge time saver. Errors happen from time to time but they are few and easy to identify. The support team has been very accessible and helpful whenever I needed them.

I started on this app, when i started QB & Shopify. Without it, my books would be a mess. I have been running my business for 30 years. We had a few quirks on user end and app end. The developer responded to every request very fast & helped when needed. When they say they listen, they actually did for us. Overall good experience for us this far. I'm using this app to sync financial summaries of Shopify to QBO. It's great to get the summaries instead of every individual transaction. That was killing my QBO reports. They even have a Paypal integration so you can account for the fees that are charged by Paypal. Customer support is great! I got a lot of help mapping my accounts to QBO by Jason. I started using this app a few months ago and it easily saves me 1-2 hours per week. It creates 1 entry for sales each day and 1 entry for Payments from Shopify - way easier than tracking all transactions individually. I was doing this manually before, and it's easy to get behind. If you get stuck on something use their Chat - they respond and are very helpful! So thankful to find this. And for FREE!
