He tested our store to confirm that the blocking feature was working and clearly explained why blocked visits can still appear in Shopify Analytics. I really appreciated his patient and easy-to-understand explanations. As a Japanese-speaking user, I would also appreciate Japanese translations of the app’s interface and guidance.
