App support from the development team has been NON-EXISTENT. We've had issues for weeks now with product pages being crawled by Google that shouldn't be shown. Have followed instructions exactly as outlined and are still having issues. Reached out to support and they took 2 weeks just to answer. After repeated back-and-forth with support, we're still trying to get them access to our account to start troubleshooting. This shouldn't be so difficult? We're considering another solution at this point.

#1 reason for review - Really GREAT support options. Shogun has really simplified web templates to choose from. As a designer, that takes hours of coding out of the picture.

Okendo offered a unique integration that helped us customize our widget to our specs and included attributes that our customers find very insightful. Not to mention, their support has been amazing. Our onboarding manager Allison was there with us every step of the way - quick and responsive to all of our needs. We switched over from Yotpo and have been very happy so far with the support and software. For a similar price point, I think you get way more features and bang for your buck with Okendo.
