Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While we didn’t expect this feedback, we genuinely want to understand your concerns. Your input could help us improve the app to better meet your expectations. If there’s anything we can do to support your business, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Easy and intuitive app. It helped me a lot to start improving SEO on my website. Despite I'm not a 100% techie guy, I was able to work with the app without any help. Support was great when I needed, fast and accurate response. I give them 5 stars because I cannot give 10 Huge kudos!
Easy to use and support was super helpful and responsive when a small fix was needed.

Gute und einfache App. Einrichtung klappt problemlos und man wird super durchgeleitet. Seite wird laufend aktualisiert und man muss sich um nichts weiter kümmern. Absolute Empfehlung.
With Sitmapper Pro we found exactly what we were looking for. The support was great and fast. Thank you!

Your review makes my day. Thank you very much.
I was very impressed with Thuong Mai from Sitemapper. My question was answered in a timely manner. They went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them. Thaks again.
Awesome customer service with quick response after 1 hour. Overall experience is great! Will definitely refer to someone else
Initially it was difficult getting support but I did get a reply within 7 days. The support I got when replied to was very quick and the issue was resolved well and to a high standard so I am pleased. Its very quick to judge when we do not get instant responses to support these days but we also need to remember some business are small and doing their best to grow and help. Not everyone has massive support teams on hand and support can take more time than usual. Overall the help was excellent and the communication once started was constant until the issue was resolved. The team did go above and beyond the help I needed too. As an app Im very happy with it and very pleased I waited for the support as it is worth it.
Terrible customer support. I had issues with my sitemap so I sent several messages over a 3 day period. I sent these messages both by their app chat feature as well as to their support email address. I never received a reply from them. I had no choice but to remove their app. Very frustrating experience.
TOP !! Good ;) sorry for my english ... Thanks for help fast.......... je recommande votre application
Best app ever for adding a sitemap to your store and for your feeds. VERY simple install and VERY easy to use. I have this app running on 4 different shopify sites we run because it is so easy to set up. You set it up and forget about it. It does any of the work for you and creates a sitemap that is actually usable.
App support from the development team has been NON-EXISTENT. We've had issues for weeks now with product pages being crawled by Google that shouldn't be shown. Have followed instructions exactly as outlined and are still having issues. Reached out to support and they took 2 weeks just to answer. After repeated back-and-forth with support, we're still trying to get them access to our account to start troubleshooting. This shouldn't be so difficult? We're considering another solution at this point.
They do nothing site maps are free from shopify to every store. even they not reply for this query ..
Sitemapper got everything correct for my site and got our pages seen in google! Everything was setup very easily.
The app works as described. The sitemap does appear and work correctly. However, the documentation states that you get free tech support to change the theme. I have submitted a few request for helps over the past 2 months. I have not received the support to alter the theme.
As always, swift, helpful with installation, adding Sitemapper to a theme, and help with the whole process. Used them for many stores and the result is always the same.
SOOO Easy. No brainer every ecom site should have this app...................................................
I use this app to help with SEO and also to help my customers find what they need. The sitemap page gives all the links to each page in one spot. It is a great app. Glad I got it!
I used this app to display sitemap which provides display options. I did not know about google search console which has provided extra insight into how my store is ranked/displayed/helps to resolve issues. I would like to have added some colour to my site map.
App was great and didn't have any issues up until a little over a week ago when our stores sitemap page just 404s. Submitted a ticket to the developer and after a couple of days got a response saying they are checking on the issue. In the mean time my stores sitemap has been down for over a week now with no estimated resolution.
EDIT: Have requested assistance as the HTML page for my sitemap has stopped working. I have submitted 3 support requests over two days and I have received no response. Very disappointing. Does exactly what it needs to, and looks excellent too! I'm only new to the importance of having a good sitemap, and so this app (plus the excellent support) was much appreciated!
I installed the app and was looking for a good service as most of the customer support are quick on answering queries. These guys take weeks to respond back to queries & don't even solve it as you desire for it. Not at all recommending this plugin to anyone. Poor customer support.
Useful to create an easy to read Sitemap. Also the app is helpful to learn how to submit to Google console if people is not familiar with it. Support is very proactive contacting people and trying to help. It improved the footer of my Religious store: Catholic Gifts from Rome https://Catholically.com
Great app and great support! Installs very easily and functions well on www.paysocialmedia.com. Many thanks from the team at Paysocialmedia.com
Their service is excellent. I requested for customisation, and they did it very fast. The application is working perfectly well for me.
Works great and saves a lot of time. Easy interface. Well-worth the money, making it a must-have for every Shopify site!
This program uses a link to yourself to find its goals, which will negatively impact your traffic. Avoid this program
Thank you An Mai for the help everything looks good well done. I like everything about this app easy to install and easy to use
This is what they promise: "Free Customization Service We can help make your sitemap look more professional perfectly match your theme. Just drop us a support request and get coding done in 8 hours." Originally I gave a 1 start because I never heard from anyone in support for several days - So, I gave up and uninstalled the app. Then someone finally reached out with a heart felt apology asking for a 2nd chance and that they had made some changes to be more responsive in the future. I gave them a second chance and they blew it out of the park. Great response time for the changes I requested. Changing to a 5 star... Great save!
After one year of using all working well. A great little app that useful for customers. You can check like we have setup directly by https://wwww.spiritualshop.it
Simple, quick and pleasant to look at. Definitely recommend! =]
Greatful! Sitemap organized our site instantly, and automatically. Sitemap is one of those apps that take a big job of your shoulders, and implements immediately, all by itself. :) Today we would like to add a comment in regards to our continued satisfaction. Chi Chi at Sitemaper reached out to install new updates that we were not yet aware of. Thank you again!
The app really easy to install, Chi was very helpful and quick to answer our emails and fix our issue. I will recommend the app to my friends.
A great app. Easy to use, sitemap set up in minutes. HTML and XML are available - ideal for SEO - absolute purchase recommendation :)
Great App. Easy to use and simple to install. www.pilottrackhdd.com
This is the best app i have found till date. Thanks for being a part of ShriandSam.com
GREAT APP! Perfectly organized sitemap, simple to install, exactly as it should be. :) www.clositherapi.com
If I could leave zero stars I would. I downloaded this app and immediately received support from the app owners to customise my app within hours. So far so good. I then go to load the app and since they have modified it it will not load on shopify and I am therefore unable to submit it to google search. I have then emailed for 4 days solid requesting help and they have ignored everyone of my 7 emails. I am totally disgusted with the level of service! Basically they will set up your site map and then ignore you with any support enquiries after that. Please do not use them as there are much easier site map generators on here. if you want to check out our new site map page its here at www.chunkymonkeychocolate.com
Great job! Took minutes to set up and the free pages customisation finished the look of the html Sitemap on the site. Thanks
Excellent! Free customization and friendly customer service too! I absolutely love this app! Simple to use, and you can even omit pages you don't want showing. Check out ours at https://www.dogcollarfancy.com/apps/sitemap

Very satisfied with this app and the customer service. I had a small problem and they were able to figure it out and help me resolve it immediately.
Having a sitemap is important, and though not tech genious here Thuong Mai did a nice job for us when we were lost in the weeds. with 120k items this should help us make room in our warehouse for more as folks find the particular book they need, from Robinson street Books
Love the app so far. Works perfectly on our site: https://titansurvival.com
Incredible job! They even designed our sitemap page for us. Incredible service and I highly recommend them!

This is an amazing app! I was looking for a way to implement a sitemap on our website, and Sitemapper was perfect. Super-easy to use -- our sitemap was up and running within minutes. I wanted the sitemap to look like our theme, and the app's creator helped us out right away and made it look terrific. Thank you Thuong!
I sent a request to assistance - it took 17 mins from the time they responded to the email to the time the customization was complete. 17 minutes which is unheard of... 17 mins. Awesome
I've been trying to add a sitemap to my jewellery site, twelvesilvertrees.com for months. It has to be said I'm really not technically minded at all but I added this app in no time at with only one short burst of Tourette's! Excellent, clear and simple directions for adding, many thanks, you are official on my Christmas card list lol
SUPERB!! Very well done app and very easy to use. Lightning speed customer service. I usually read reviews but don't always believe everything said - but in this case the comments all turned out to be true. Thanks - will go see what other apps you offer.
