I had a lot of questions regarding delivery pricing, zip code configurations, and how everything integrated with my store. Stephane was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough in his explanations. What impressed me most was that he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the setup rather than simply answering my questions. I've had a great experience with Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery, and a big reason for that is the outstanding support I received from Stephane Fattizzo. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to configure my store's pickup and delivery settings, but Stephane guided me through everything step by step and made the process much easier to understand.
