Love this app and the support staff are absolutely second to none!
Jessica was able to successfully set up my checkout process with ease and complete professionalism within half an hour! across all three Zapiet apps
Their customer service is wonderful. Jessica in particular.
After months of trying to build our own shipping rate solution for remote Canadian orders, we finally found Zapiet and it worked like a charm. It took a couple days of troubleshooting, but the AI tools and customer service reps were very helpful and we built the right setup. I am not super tech-savvy but I'm pretty determined to make things work, so that combined with Zapiet's help, enabled us to find the perfect solution.
asked for support 3 weeks ago asking for help with it mischarging postage. Was informed it was correct as that is how shopify do it, rather than trouble shoot my issue. For us to discover today we have lost 19 orders worth of shipping. I will edit my review if they rectify but not holding my breath as the support requested 3 weeks ago was not given and even they did not realise!

Having reviewed your case personally, I agree that your rate setup should have been investigated further when you first contacted us. The advice you received was incorrect, and I apologise that it took three weeks to identify the solution. My team have now ensured your store is using the correct rates mode, so free shipping is calculated from the total after discounts. I have also contacted you directly to address what happened and make this right. I have addressed this internally, and our support guidance is being updated to prevent this from happening again. Really happy with this app. Does exactly what it says - setting up delivery rates by postcode is straightforward and it just works. Saved us a lot of time compared to what we were doing before. Customer support has been great too, fast responses and actually helpful rather than just pointing you to a FAQ page. Would recommend to any Shopify store that needs a simple, reliable solution for managing delivery zones.

Loving this app. It does everything we needed for our catering deliveries + pickup. I've used so many apps in the past and I really love how smooth this is. Genesis from the support team helped me out with a few glitches due to my custom theme - but she got it up and running in minutes. So happy with our experience. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant app and even better customer support. I had a tricky setup with multiple postcodes and delivery rules, and the support team guided me through everything step by step. They replied quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and even helped identify issues I didn’t realise were causing problems. I cannot express how much money this app has cost us! It often switches off - as it did during BFCM because we needed to select the plan that was part of the app again for some reason! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We’re very sorry for the trouble this caused your store, especially during BFCM. An update we deployed unexpectedly caused a few stores to appear unsubscribed even though the subscription was active. We understand how disruptive it was and we take full responsibility. The issue has since been resolved, and we’re closely monitoring affected stores. We’re also conducting a full post-mortem to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to speak with you directly and make things right.
Sandy was absolutely brilliant. Super helpful, really easy to understand, incredibly responsive and also proactive in helping me anticipate and avoid potential issues I hadn't even come across yet. This app does not work simply for subscription based website. I dealt with many of their support members and none of them were able to fix the issue. I do not recommend and still waiting for a refund...

Jessica was amazing in trouble shooting my issues with online ordering (turns out I had put a max cart limit!). I use this app for my customers to select in store pick up or delivery along with their delivery by zip code app. they make it super easy for both my customers and us to navigate. Their customer service is top notch as well!

Amazing customer service, really fast response and helped me complete my task over 2 days. Highly recommended if you want to charge by weight to separate postcodes in the UK.

Clunky. Not very straight forward. Support turnaround not quick as company help is on the other side of the world. Could be better.

Fantastic. Installed as I needed shipping rates for UK Highlands and Islands. Support helped me identify I needed to create shipping zones for UK Highlands and Islands AND a UK zone without these postcode prefixes. Checkout now defaults shipping zones and charges depending on address added.
