Great app for integration with Etsy and Ebay. We've always had excellent customer service with LitCommerce and any issues have been resolved quickly. They are very attentive and it seems at least there is an actual team supporting the app vs. a "one-man show". I love supporting the little guy, but time sensitive matters like a web-store sometimes need more hands on deck. Initially there were some issues when connecting our Shopify store to Etsy, but after a quick message, support escalated the issue and came up with a solution by the next morning when I woke up! The app seems to always be getting new updates and so far we have not run into any major problems that caused much headache. As with any integration app, LitCommerce has some unexpected problems, but overall our experience has been very positive and I believe they deserve a full 5 stars. No incentive or tricks for me to leave this review, just my honest experience. Thank you LitCommerce.

Great customer service. App works amazing for our purpose with a small exception. We're looking for a way to simply change the way our free shipping is displayed. Instead of displaying "Free Shipping $0.00" we now have set up rules to zero out the shipping amount as a discount instead which still allows the shipping rate to display. This is great because it helps fix the perception that some customers have become accustom to, that shipping is "free". Since shipping is not really "free" for us merchants, we have the discounts displayed as "we'll pay your shipping". Small issue is that the app currently doesn't work amazing for international orders. Problem is with currency conversion, so I reached out to customer service and received a response what seemed like instantly. They provided the fix but it requires that you create the rule for every currency you want to apply the rule to and then figure out the conversion manually. Not ideal, but I can just forgo the app rules for my international orders and use the default shopify shipping rules until that's fixed (we're told it's planned). Great service and great app that should have been default within shopify. Thank you!

Excellent app for changing the default shipping methods which include carrier estimated delivery dates (Economy, Standard, Express) to read additional text or in our use case, changing them to read, USPS First Class "no tracking", USPS Ground Advantage w/tracking & USPS Priority Mail 1-4 days. We were getting lots of complaints from people who didn't receive tracking information for checking out using the economy option and this helped cut down on a lot of pointless emails... although we still receive one here and there. Also, if you want to change the default shipping method... which we considered... this will help you do that very easily as well. For example, you want it to default on the option with shipping tracking and customers can go with economy if they like. Customer service is also excellent. I deleted the app previously to try and weed out an issue with our store and when I realized it wasn't BeSure, I reinstalled and ran into a little speed bump which I thought was possibly from the app. I reached out and received a quick response. They also took the time to look into my settings before responding with a response that would otherwise ignore those. Sam was able to help me reduce the number of rules I was using (limited by shopify, not the app), simply by doing some homework before they replied. Thank you!

Amazing stuff... free, simple install, easy to use... should have been part of Shopify from the get-go! I had the zip file with over 560 images from my store within minutes. Now I can batch edit and reupload without having to do it one by one. It just works. Thank you!

So far, so awesome! I originally reached out after seeing their app on YouTube and installing it. The install kept crashing so I left a comment on their video and they responded really fast, got access to my account and helped get the app installed. A couple of bugs needed to be worked out at first but customer service was awesome, super quick and had everything working perfectly in no time. They also responded to all my questions right away. Thank you for your help everyone at Shop Doctors, including Toby and Yavor! I now have a very cool up-front shipping rate displayed to my customers before they have to jump through hoops and submit their personal info. I expect this to increase my conversions by providing transparency and clarity that the shipping costs are reasonable.... AND, I expect more customers to consider adding more items to qualify for our free shipping as well! I didn't get paid or receive any compensation for this review.. just a great app at a great price.
