I had a great experience with customer service from Fera yesterday. I like the simplicity of the app and it looks great on our website. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure that everything was installed and worked properly.

So far I am pleased with the app. I am able to create product shelf tags with no problem. I reached out to customer service about resizing product names on tags and they got back to me within 12 hours with solution and even created new template for me to use.
