The Clawset

Update: Hopped on a call with a few people from Redo a few months ago and they were able to get things corrected and working great. The ONLY reason they didn't receive 5 stars is there was a comment made that I should be happy they did what they did since they only do it for very large companies. Besides that comment - the individuals I worked with were great! Thank you! ******* The support to get it set up was good - they messed something up on my website but now seem too busy to help figure it out. The amount of fraudulent orders (19 as of this review) since I started with Redo on July 6th that have come through for $1.00 is crazy and quite annoying. Reach out to support and all I'm told is "if they wouldn't do it with the cheapest item they'd do it with another item" Actually, in the last 7 years I didn't have this issue until your app was added, so I disagree.

Difficult to get in contact with the app developer and when you do they don't answer the questions correctly. Now my website lists one price (the correct one) and when people do a search through the "search" feature the pricing is completely different.

Just downloaded this app and cannot get anything to work properly. Email header images are all erroring out no matter the size and making changes to the body of the email I receive "server" errors. Very frustrating.
