Suddenly stopped updating products in the store. Makes me want to question my decision of choosing Findify

Great app - Been our sites backbone since 2017. We found Findify offers a very speedy set of suggestions and products images based upon just a few letters being typed.

$499 a month? not even close to worth it, what on earth are you doing? No one can afford that for seach app.

I uninstalled this app, and noted that I wanted all of their code deleted from my shopify store, but they DON'T delete their code that was initially installed upon installation of this app. But, they do have the time to set up an automated email to send to you upon uninstallation that tries to get you back as a customer. That's not how a good business should be run.

Full of glitches, HORRIBLE / unresponsive support. Pass this one by and find another search app to save yourself the headache.

Wow! Where has this app been all my Shopify life? This is really a premium app! It makes navigating a large store like mine a breeze. And it is FREE depending on usage. It takes a while to download the app, but once it is up and running, it is amazing! This is a MUST HAVE if you have a large inventory! The support is also great. I was able to reach their team on Christmas. How's that for service! I'm really impressed.

Difficult to get in contact with the app developer and when you do they don't answer the questions correctly. Now my website lists one price (the correct one) and when people do a search through the "search" feature the pricing is completely different.

Had to change some CSS, After i learned how to do it. I realized i need to contact support to get it fixed. Support was VERY fast and VERY helpful. With in 3 hours the issue was resolved. Great search function, might be the most powerful search app.

This is an awesome app. The search box from shopify is really a basic one which is fine but this app here is just awesome. It works so well and how it displayed....very nice. The intergration is super easy....actually too easy. You gotta do nothing just add it to your app collection and it does the rest. I can highly recommend this app to everyone. The support team is also very friendly and fast. You gotta try it to expierence this app how good it is.

Best customer service! I was deleting this app because it wasn't working property on the mobile device. But they reached out to me and offered to fix it! This app is amazing!! Much faster than other similar apps and more comprehensive in its results. Right out of the box it was working wonders in seconds with no programming. I did have to change its search page on pages to full width so that it did not look weird, but as soon as I did it was quite awesome. Definitely, would recommend to anyone!!!

Works smoothly and Worth to install.

The search function works very well and was simple and easy to install. The reports and analytics end runs pretty slow however and could use improvement.

so far so good! Also like the fact that the free version is non-branded. Will definitely consider moving onto a paid plan once the need arises.

the tool seems very intuitive and the search functionality is appreciated by our site visitors. the cost however of $149 put it out of reach for many. they really should make a better entry level plan.

Impressive so far. I am on the 14 day trial as I need to see whether the $399 a month for full feature set will benefit me. Waiting for feedback on how to use it to its maximum on my site. Hope to hear from you guys soon .

Findify is a pretty simple and neat search tool. It was very easy to implement it. Searching products on our website is now quite easy!

Good search is so important for any shop with large inventories. Findify has done a great job in helping our customers find what they're looking for as Shopify's builtin search simply doesn't cut it. When we had a technical issue, their support team was super helpful in getting things fixed. Definitely give it a try. The free (lite) plan is a no-risk opportunity and gives you a good idea of what kind of impact it will have on your shop before upgrading to the paid plans.

Installed a few days ago, within minutes I was already over the moon with the app. A great, new powerful search system. Gives me report reviews, easy customization. Very happy, considering the plus side was a 14day FREE trial.

To be honest, I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. I think the Findify Team are amazingly talented to create such a flawless app like this. It's absolutely incredible that for a small business like mine, I don't have to pay a huge amount each month for a top notch app. I'm truly thankful to them. Findify is absolutely amazing and I love it. Why is it so great? Well, the Search facility is incredible, very intuitive and finds everything in my store with just a few letters. I also like how product images appear when customers are searching. The basic Shopify search facility on my site was very poor, I was first alerted to a problem when my customers would type in "yoga bags" (with an 'S' on the end, plural) but nothing would appear in my store. Absolutely nothing appeared. I was devastated. It's why I researched a Search app, and I truly believe Findify to be the best. I think it's very kind of them to only charge for the amount of sales volume in my store and not a set monthly fee that is probably out of my league. Usually small businesses struggle to obtain such powerful apps for their stores because they're always so expensive, but Findify aren't like that. Hats off to these guys, they're a bunch of beautiful people with great big hearts, I love them and I love their app. Cheers Findify!

Findify has been an awesome tool for us! During the A/B testing we increased our conversion up to a 27% in 3 weeks. The results page is very useful and it enhances the user experience in 180 degrees. This app is an absolute game changer for any Shopify site. We started out with the excellent Findify Autocomplete app and were lucky enough to try this advanced search app out while it was still in Beta. This app provides a full-fledged search experience with refinements, synonyms, and suggestions. The integration into Shopify is seamless and our results have been stellar. We strongly recommend this app to anyone ready to move beyond the subpar search experience offered by Shopify out of the box.

We've been lucky enough to work with Meni and the Findify team on the beta test of this amazing app. The app really fills a hole in Shopifys system and is a real must have for all stores. We had to modify our theme slightly and install a search box instead of an 'overlay' search function which we did oursleves. The app works perfectly if you have an overlay type search but it looks much cleaner with a standard search box. If we can help you with this on your store, drop us an email as it really is worth the effort to get this app! Customers are presented with very clean and crisp looking search results as they type and the 'search suggestions' given to customers is a really nice touch. Then there is the ability for customers to filter their search on the results page (if they didnt click directly on a product from the search box) this is also a must have feature, we've tried the specific filter apps from the app store and always been slightly disappointed, the built in filter here though is great. The thing we love the most about this app though is the ability to easily see products your customers are searching for; 'zero results searches' so you can look out for gaps in your store and then add those products. All of this is backed up by amazing customer support form Meni and the team, they have been a real pleasure to work with and their turnaround time on customer support is second to none! We dont often write app reviews, but the customer support, clean interface and behind the scenes features really warranted making the effort. We cant recommend this app enough to all store owners. Just the search solution we were looking for - we have a number of hidden products in our storefront and so the usual solutions weren't cutting it. Findify stepped up with a fantastic search bar and search results page solution that fulfilled our needs and vastly improved our search results in the process.
