Endlich eine super gute Wunschliste die einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten anfangs ein paar Probleme das Symbol in den Kollektionen anzuzeigen, aber der Support hat uns sofort geholfen. Die Wunschliste kann man wirklich gut für upsells verwenden und der Support ist super gut :)

Wir sind so glücklich mit Sprout! Es gab ein kleines Problem beim Umstieg auf ein neues Theme und der Support konnte uns sofort helfen. Alles ist sehr detailliert aufgelistet und man sieht und spürt, dass man wirklich was gutes tut. Wirklich super gute Treue App. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme da wir von einem andern System migriert sind. Der Support war sofort für uns da und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geholfen und uns auch einige Wünsche erfüllt die absolut nicht selbstverständlich sind. Würde es 10 Sterne geben, hätten sie die auch verdient.

It works really good, but there are some things which you can't change. 1.) There are only pre fixed position for the chat symbol. For us you have to put it very high and this doesn't look good. 2.) You are not able to change the chat symbol to match the CI of your site. 3.) It's not possible to make the chat bubble small enough, even on the smallest size it's really big, especially on mobile. So if you are looking for something more designable, I would recommend something different.
