Excellent app and excellent support! We had a compatibility issue between the Kaching Cart Drawer and an Omnisend popup. Ieva took the time to investigate it, tested different solutions, and quickly found a CSS fix that resolved the problem without affecting the cart drawer. She was patient, responsive, and made sure everything was working correctly before closing the conversation. Thank you, Ieva, for the outstanding support! Highly recommended.
Sam was responsive and helpful in clarifying how the app works. Good support.
Kaching Cart has been very helpful for improving my cart experience and upsells. The support team was responsive and helped me troubleshoot customization issues quickly. Special thanks to Paulius for the support and guidance during setup.
The support was very helpful and explained clearly the difference between Post Purchase and Thank You Page offers, supported payment methods, and how markets and currencies can affect the setup. Everything was answered quickly and clearly, and it helped me decide what setup is best for my store. Ryan was especially helpful throughout the conversation and gave useful advice.
I was struggling to show reviews on my collection pages, but Alena from LAI Product Reviews helped me fix everything fast! She was patient, kind, and very professional. Excellent app with amazing support I truly recommend it to every Shopify store owner!

SearchPie has completely transformed our store’s SEO. The automated meta tags and schema boosted our Google visibility, and our site loads faster than ever. What I love most is the 24/7 support they respond in under a minute and actually fix problems, not just send guides. Highly recommend for any Shopify business.
