Easy to use, and most importantly, good support (thank you Marios). Had an issue with our theme which he sorted within minutes. Would recommend.
Very happy with this app, it's simple to install and use, and gives us peace of mind that our data is now backed up (especially in the absence of Shopify having this functionality). Alex was very helpful checking that the set up was done correctly, and this app works in the background with no need for any user intervention. Not cheap, but worthwhile.
Really good support from Haris who helped when we had a small issue. Works well and worth the money.

Really easy set up process. The online chat (with Yasmin) was really useful, professional and straightforward. Great to have proper support, would definitely recommend them to anyone launching their store on an app. Yasmin is a credit to her team!
