Excellent customer service - very quick to reply and resolve issues, with proactive help. The app also works great generally, it's the best review app for Shopify I've found, having tried a few.
I can’t recommend JSON-LD for SEO enough. Not only is the app delivering results within just a few weeks, but the customer support is outstanding. Ilana personally reached out to help fix a data syncing issue with my review app - she even spoke directly to them on my behalf to get it resolved. That level of support is rare and hugely appreciated. The app came highly recommended to me, and I can now see why.

It was my pleasure to help get your review data syncing again, and I loved seeing the results come in once we sorted that out. Thank you again for your review. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions that may come up. - Ilana
App works exactly as it should and the support team are responsive and helpful
Great app - lots of options, far beyond what's possible natively in Shopify. The conditional logic feature is excellent, makes options and pricing highly customisable. Support team are extremely quick to respond and solve issues straight away.
Incredibly useful app. Really fills a gap unlike any other I've found - quick and simple to create nice looking and SEO-optimised product and collection pages, has saved me a tonne of time. Sumanth (the developer) is also extremely helpful - friendly, quick to respond, and proactively looking for ways to improve the app.
