Made in the Shady

I still like this app (customer since 2022)... it covers all of the variations you can think of and helps optimize revenue. The customer service is always great as well (if needed) . This is one of my favorite apps as a "gift box / care package maker"

Have used Pirate Ship for many years now. Love it. Easy to use, and give us the best price available. I love the ability to use both USPS and UPS (We used to be 100% USPS, but over time and the severe failure of USPS - we now ship 98% UPS and are so much happier with much more reliable deliveries!! The 2% that still go USPS is due to huge remote area delivery fees on occasion - and/or of course PO box addresses , or Hawaii and Alaska where obviously it cant go UPS ground. We would be devastated if Pirate Ship ever went away ! Also love the ability to do a quick insurance claim for the very few times - a package has gone rogue or got damaged.

Ive got more out of this review app in 24 hours then I did in over a year at REVIEWS.IO. Highly recommend. Wish I did it sooner!

Thank you so much ! I have sent 2 of my own emails so far and I can’t believe how EASY IT IS!! Seriously after just a few clicks, I have a super professional well written, and beautiful email (that people actually open and click!) !!! Takes like 5 minutes tops!! I should have done this SO MUCH sooner! (forehead slap to myself!) Thank you creating this AMAZING program. I am super new to Grid & Pixel - but already a SUPER FAN! Cant recommend enough!

Use Omnisend and Grid & Pixel (App ) in combo- makes life so much easier for solo small business owners with no marketing backgrounds !! Totally worth it! Can send amazing first class emails in under 5 minutes!

Daniel was super helpful during my initial plan / install and set up! Very prompt, great customer service and follow up! Tech happens...but the people make all the difference!! Looking forward to using this app! Fantastic option for small businesses like mine to help answer questions and make sales!
