Omnisend is extremely efficient to use, with a highly user-friendly UI and thoughtful design in every operational detail. Their customer service responds online very promptly—typically with a real person addressing our various questions within ten minutes. We've been long-term users for years, spending a few thousand dollars monthly on fees, but the cost-performance ratio is still very high. The account manager provides us with plenty of global perspectives and professional advice. I hope Omnisend continues to grow stronger and stronger.

The function is very powerful and quite suitable for our cross-border brand. Multi-channel chat aggregation supports AI reply, has CDP data analysis, and retains customer data for marketing. It is good.
