We've been using Bot.space for our WhatsApp Business needs, and it's been a great experience so far. The app is easy to use and helps us send both transactional and marketing messages seamlessly. It integrates well with Shopify, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance customer communication through WhatsApp.
the app is great, but there's a problem which is if you have POS, the POS orders will be counted as well, and the app doesn't offer any possibility to hide POS orders, and also orders synchronization is not working well, the app shows randomly some orders on the list if you are on the 200 orders plan. I hope that they fix this.

Thanks for the feedback - you can uncheck "Sync POS orders" from app settings. Order sync is working as expected. Thank you

Perfect reports APP for your Store, you can create reports, schedule daily reports, Inventory Reports for different locations (and you can filter locations and schedule sending emails to concerned persons) Sales Reports for different location also you can send automatically! All what we need! Thanks to the developer, and the support is amazing they can assist you immediately!

Perfect App, it let's you hide a payment method if a specific shipping method is selected, and there's a lot of customisations that you can make like hiding payment methods for some countries, or based on cart total amont... and so more good features. In our case that's exactly what we were looking for, and don't forget the support is amazing and so responsive, they helped to set the rules and they answered faster than I was expecting. Well the 5 STARS are well deserved!
