Does the job really well. In-cart points redemption and referral rewards are both ready to go, which is great for repeat purchases. Easy to follow from the first click.

I really like this app built for Shopify. The usability for website admin is so easy to use. The Customer support is fantastic and after almost a year with a different app that did not work for my customers, I am happy I found this one. If you need an app to give rewards as your customers shop, Love Loyalty and Rewards is the one that you want.
Creating this app was a great idea. It is user-friendly, intuitive, and offers the right level of customization. Before I came across it, it hadn't even occurred to me just how many customers could be retained, and encouraged to make referrals through an application like this.
Honestly, this is hands down one of the best apps we’ve added to our store. We were looking for a loyalty program that didn't feel clunky or annoying for our customers, and this hit the mark completely. Setting it up was surprisingly smooth, and our customers love how easy it is to track and use their points directly in the cart—no annoying pop-ups getting in the way. Since we also sell in-person, having the POS integration work this seamlessly has been a total lifesaver for us. We’ve already seen a noticeable boost in repeat purchases and customer engagement. I really like the Referral program that you can create with this app. You can encourage repeat purchases and make your customers refer a friend. It's hard to use word-of-mouth in ecom, but with this app you can do it easily! Loyalty programs combined with subscription products is the profitable way.
the best loyalty program software by a mileeee! like the amount of personalization and customization that I can do is crazy. I was thinking of developing our own loyalty software becacuse the others we found were just not that good and I got quoted for thousands of EUR on fiverr for the complexity we would need. At love loyalty, I put it together in less than 1 hour with the help of the amazing team

I'm still in the free trial, testing phase, but this app has been really easy to set up. There's a lot of flexibility and it is very intuitive. Also, when I do have a question, I can easily chat with support. A real person answers me quickly!
10/10, would recommend. Fantastic loyalty app. Offers more options than most apps, while being integrated directly in shopify so it's super fast, reliable. 10/10, would recommend. One of the reasons we chose Love loyalty was the fact that they offered free products directly being added to the cart instead of having a workaround with vouchers that a lot of other loyalty apps offer (which is very customer unfriendly).
Their service is great, very understanding and helpful. They took care of all the setup, we made the switch from another loyalty app and Balint helped us transfer all the customer information and communicated constantly letting us know how to proceed. i tried 2-3 "premium" apps until this one. Love Loyalty has everything in place, and guess what is working as expected for the 1\3 price of the others. Everything in the description of the app is true and working. Hannah support was on point each time for any issue we had.

Wir haben uns für Love Loyalty entschieden, um ein Treueprogramm aufzusetzen, welches die Kundenbindung steigert und die CLV steigert. Die Einrichtung war nach der ersten Orientierung recht einfach und schnell erledigt, vieles lässt sich stark individualisieren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Kundenservice per Chat innerhalb von Minuten antwortet und stets schnelle und einfache Lösungen vorgibt. Wir konnten alle Wünsche dadurch umsetzen. Eine kleine Kritik: der Plus-Plan ist vom Pricing im Verhältnis zu den andern Plänen doch sehr teuer. Einige der Funktionen würden wir gerne nutzen, allerdings nicht gleich den teuren Plan wählen müssen.

Kiváló, rugalmas hűségprogram app. A free csomag már önmagában is teljes értékű alapfunkciókkal rendelkezik: könnyen testre szabható pontszerzési szabályok (vásárlás, regisztráció, hírlevél-feliratkozás, születésnap), és több szintű beváltási lehetőség. A pontvaluta neve, a beváltási arányok és a szabályok mind egyszerűen finomhangolhatók, ami segített kialakítani egy a márkánkhoz illő, kiegyensúlyozott rendszert. A VIP Tiers funkció (Bronze/Silver/Gold szintek automatikus kedvezményekkel) jól átgondolt és könnyen konfigurálható – bár ez már a Growth csomagtól elérhető, ami egy induló, kisebb forgalmú boltnak számottevő havi költség. Jó lenne, ha ez valamivel elérhetőbb áron is elérhető lenne kisebb webshopok számára. Összességében megbízható, jól dokumentált, magyar nyelvterületen is jól használható alkalmazás – ajánlom.

Another great feature is the ability to offer memberships and referral programs. Overall, it is the least complicated loyalty app we have tested. On top of that, the support team is not just great – it's absolutely amazing! They are fast, knowledgeable, helpful, and always available whenever an issue arises.

After testing several loyalty apps, this is hands-down the most user-friendly option out there, while still fitting perfectly into a small business budget. Pricing of the app is the best, better than other apps (check it and compare)! for what the app is giving you. 3. Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed. From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. A pesar de que la app es sencilla de usar, tengo que editar mi review por los problemas que estamos teniendo en cuanto hemos ido analizando con más detalle el funcionamiento. La funcionalidad de referidos no funciona correctamente, algo que es fundamental para que tenga sentido. No discierne entre si el cliente es nuevo o no. No tiene sentido y nos ha penalizado bastante en la experiencia de cliente. Por otro lado, no hay información suficiente cuando se producen cambios dentro de la app.

App Features – So far, everything has worked as expected and met my expectations. When I first installed the app, I had a lot of questions, and the communication and support were always consistent.
