Poor support, they don't even know whats going on in their parallel universe. Not recommended Updated Review: Dear Mayur, For the record, Techlays was onboarded on BotSpace and did use the platform during the trial period. Our workspace ID was 919727249779. Please check your own records — or at least verify internally with your team — before publicly stating that Techlays was “never onboarded” and “never used the platform.” This is actually part of the exact problem highlighted in our review: different people within BotSpace seem to have different information about the same account and the same issues. You yourself were not part of the Techlays implementation conversations or the ECellStreet support group for more than two months. Yet when our agency escalated the unresolved bugs and asked for clarity, you suddenly joined the discussion and started making statements without first understanding the complete history. Instead of reviewing the reported issues and the commitments already made by your own team, the conversation was diverted toward our business size, order volume and comments about the kind of clients BotSpace prefers to work with. Making such comments about us to our own agency was both unnecessary and unprofessional. The reason Techlays eventually uninstalled the app was not because it had “never used BotSpace.” We had tested the platform during the trial and, after seeing the repeated POC changes, poor internal handovers and the unresolved experience our agency was already facing with another managed store, we decided not to continue. So before accusing a customer of posting a review for the purpose of damaging your reputation, please verify the basic facts internally. Workspace: 919727249779. If your internal records still suggest that Techlays was never onboarded or never used the platform, we would genuinely recommend speaking with the team members who actually handled the account. Critical feedback should be investigated, not dismissed by rewriting the customer’s history publicly.

Hey Neeraj from GetMeOnline, this review is deeply unfair. Techlays was never onboarded onto BotSpace, never used the platform, and was never charged. Posting negative reviews from multiple stores following a disagreement regarding another client, especially for a store that never used our product, appears intended to damage our reputation rather than reflect a genuine product experience. As an agency partner, we genuinely expected a fairer and more professional approach.
Wasted our 2+ Months in their hopes of getting the issue resolved. Never turned despite multiple follow ups. Although they kept billing for bugs reported. When asked for new POC was introduced in group who didnt even had a clue of what was reported and what was he considering. Initial person who onboarded left the company post onboarding. New Poc kept giving new dates, and last POC said this is a feature request. Node not pushing the status/trigger to shopify they consider it as a feature request. Hats off to shopify for onboarding such apps on thier marketplace. Updated Review: Dear Mayur More, Co-Founder – BotSpace, For clarity, GetMeOnline was handling the BotSpace implementation and communication on behalf of ECellStreet, which is why the discussions were with our agency team. The issue we raised was very specific: **the Tags/Node flow was not correctly pushing the required status/trigger against the Shopify Order ID.** Your team acknowledged this issue and committed that it would be resolved. We waited for **2+ months**, followed up multiple times, and during this period the POC from BotSpace’s side changed multiple times — not from ours. Each time a new POC was introduced, we had to explain the issue again. Eventually, after waiting for more than two months, something that had initially been treated as an issue to be fixed was referred to as a **“feature request.”** A Shopify automation node failing to push the expected trigger/status was the exact functionality we had installed and were testing the app for. The IVR/voice integration you mentioned in your response was a **separate, secondary commitment** discussed later. It was not the original issue behind our dissatisfaction. Bringing our order volume or the IVR requirement into the response does not address the original Shopify workflow issue. Regarding payment, our agency team had already clearly told you to **send the pending invoice and it would be paid**. After uninstalling the app, we no longer had access in the normal manner, and your suggestion was to reinstall/resubscribe through Shopify rather than simply sending the invoice that had already been requested. Please send any legitimate outstanding invoice to our registered email ID and it will be cleared on the same working day. Regarding the refund: it was requested because the app was installed specifically to test and start our order-confirmation automation flows, and the reported issue remained unresolved throughout the period we were waiting. You also mentioned communication with our agency/client that, when cross-checked internally, had not taken place as represented. When this was pointed out, that part of the discussion was not addressed further. We have no objection to sharing the **complete group chat and relevant direct conversation transcript**, with dates, commitments, follow-ups and POC changes, so that anyone reading this can see the full timeline and decide based on the actual communication rather than either side’s summary. We would genuinely suggest accepting product feedback professionally instead of turning a reported technical issue into a discussion about a client’s revenue, plan size or whether you “like such clients.” We work in the same industry and expect basic professional respect from fellow businesses. Hey Neeraj from GetMeOnline team, we’d like to clarify a few facts. The specific issue mentioned was raised only recently, not 2+ months ago. Everything else was working as expected except for one custom voice integration, which we clearly communicated we could not prioritise on the current plan due to the store's low volume. We also offered a dedicated CSM plan with faster SLAs, which was declined. In fact, you moved another agency client to BotSpace based on your experience with us. We had already spoken and promised a refund, so posting this review despite that feels unfair. Moreover, WhatsApp usage invoices from your end still remain unpaid. Stating that 2+ months were "wasted" does not accurately reflect our engagement.

A solid AI chat tool with room to grow BotSpace does a decent job of handling customer conversations and the UI is clean and intuitive enough to get started without much fuss. The AI assistance is functional and covers the basics well. That said, the onboarding experience could do with some work — particularly for merchants outside a certain region. The setup flow doesn't always account for country-specific differences, whether that's language defaults, compliance nuances, or platform norms, so expect a bit of trial and error getting things properly configured for your market. A few UX improvements that would genuinely elevate the day-to-day experience: the ability to swipe-to-reply to specific messages within a chat thread (much like WhatsApp or iMessage) would make conversations far easier to manage, and being able to see contact profile pictures within the chat window would add a welcome layer of context when handling multiple conversations. On the AI side — it works, but it feels a touch generic. What would really set this apart is the ability to configure the tone and personality of AI-generated replies, so merchants can align responses with their brand voice rather than sounding like every other store using the same tool. Overall, a promising app with a strong foundation. A few thoughtful updates and it could easily be a five-star experience.

Do not fall in trap of Botspace! in hindi there is a saying " itne mein itna hi milega" fits very truly fro them. They are cheap and so is their service and app! They don't have very basics features of whatsapp and is the most inconvenient app ive ever used. Their sales guy ANMOL is a biggest scammer i've come across. Very unprofessional and has no idea how to manage a client and moreover help them. Pay more and use better services like Interakt or Bitespeed but save your business from Botspace. All the reviews you see here are requested by Anmol immediately after onboarding them, none are organic! Your customer care journey will definitely go for a toss. You;ll keep raising tickets and the shameless team will not even acknowledge it.

Nishant, we’re sorry to hear that and would like to clarify a few points. You are currently on our Pro plan, which does not include a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Higher-tier plans with dedicated support and faster SLAs were offered earlier, but you chose not to opt for them. Support levels are aligned with the plan selected. The app disablement happened because Shopify temporarily froze your store, which automatically disables third-party apps at the platform level. Once access was restored, our team resolved the issue within 12 hours, which falls within the SLA for your plan. Our team has been supporting your account consistently since November, and while we understand frustrations can arise, we believe the effort we have provided does not reflect the description you shared. We remain open to constructive feedback and are happy to improve wherever possible.
