Von Walter + funkBALLOON 🌈 | Pittsburgh's # 1 Balloon Store and Style Shop

Hi Shawn, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating and unclear. That is certainly not the impression we want to leave. We understand how important pricing transparency is when choosing an app, especially when setting up delivery zones and rates. It sounds like we could have communicated the available setup options more clearly during your conversation, and we are addressing that internally to ensure future merchants receive clearer guidance from the start. Our Head of Support has reached out to you directly via email to better understand your specific requirements and to personally help review the most suitable and cost-effective configuration for your store. We truly value the opportunity to make this right and ensure everything is set up in a way that works for your business. If you are open to reconnecting, we would love the chance to assist further.
