Poptin is one of the best pop-up and bar apps on the app store. There were a couple of quirks because of our many stores, but Vipin and team helped me get up and running quickly and without me having to dog them - they actually follow-up quickly! There are tons of options under the hood and we are having fun making use of the different targeting options and combinations (also worth noting, they are one of the only apps that lets you target visitors at the US state level, a critical factor for our business). Definitely worth a spot on your "consider these apps" list.

The Poptin team has been incredibly helpful with making sure the app is dialed in for our use. The quick response time has been amazing and has helped me to keep working away without losing time waiting for a response. The options available cover all of the bases I could ever imagine and are far superior to other pop-up options out there.

Poptin is hands down one of the best popup and on-site engagement tools I’ve worked with. What truly sets Poptin apart, though, is their support team. I was integrating Poptin into a modern Shopify Hydrogen (React + CSP-secured) setup, which is not the most straightforward environment. The Poptin support team was incredibly responsive, patient, and technically strong. They didn’t just give generic answers — they genuinely understood the problem, walked through edge cases, and helped ensure everything worked perfectly. So far so good! Working on getting exit intent popups going and with so many amazing features, it's easy to get a little confused when you have a goal in mind but are still learning to navigate the platform. Benjir was wonderful in assisting with my technical questions and the solutions were so easy to navigate. Looking forward to maximising the platforms full potential!

we have been using this app for a few years and the pop up we use at checkout is very handy for providing offers to our customers. There easy to create and we use different ones depending on the seasons. I find with some apps that the customer service is not great but there always easy to get hold of and happy to help with issues i maybe having

I absolutely love using Poptin! It’s so easy and intuitive to set up different types of popups, and the platform gives me a lot of flexibility. This is a great app, easy to configure and loads of options to show to the right audience at the right time. We use on both our domains and have rules setup for different intentions. The support team are very helpful when you have a query and respond really quickly with advice.
The plugin is functional, but in the past two weeks alone, there have already been 3 instances where the site took 15 seconds to load because of it. They constantly have some technical issues, but they never inform us first — I always have to reach out myself to ask what’s going on. They can’t compensate for the advertising budget we’ve lost. We spend $3,000–$5,000 per day on ads, and we simply can’t afford the site to be down for 6 hours. I’m giving 1 star because the support team takes no responsibility for the losses — they just apologize. Let me repeat: I don’t need apologies.
