If something goes wrong, the best thing to do is actually to ask for help, which I did, and Jon has been super helpful and quick in sorting it out. It's definitely a great app.
Needless to say, it's a great app. the customer service is fast and helpful. had a small bug with 2.0 upgrade, fixed in 15 minutes. definitely recommended.
