Amazing customer service, great and easy to use app

I thought i experienced bad customer service. This is by far the worst. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend it to anyone. The sale tried to get me to sign the contract but they have 0 customer service, especially for the lower plan, I am not sure about the other plan. Also, people seem to be not knowledgeable. I want to get out of the contract.

Amazing app, great customer service. I was having trouble redirecting between 2 Shopiy stores and they do that for me for free

I love Loox but the email reviews that customers can't review right on the email are annoying. it has to take me to the page.
