The Bold app is sensational. I worked with Krupa at Bold to make sure that my motion theme upgrade on Shopify was in sync with the Bold app. Krupa was professional, courteous and a knowledgeable problem solver. He took the extra step of checking everything from the customer perspective and resolved all outstanding issues immediately. I truly appreciated his technical expertise. Loox is the best app for reviews on Shopify. I was especially impressed with the support that Yishai provided when we had an issue. He examined our shopify code and resolved the issue same day.

I used the most basic feature of this app to show recent sales traffic to our website for the past 10 days. Recent purchase of product x by First Name from City, State. It seems to have increased the level of engagement by potential shoppers. It is still too early to determine the exact impact on sales; but, there is a slight uptick. Hopefully, this may grow over time. You can modify the settings for the notifications - nice feature. It would be cool to have a setting that would pop up and say you are the xxx visitor (minimum value of variable determined by shop owner)in the past x hours (value determined by shop owner). So, for example, the counter would only pop up when you hit 100+ visitors in the past 24 hours. Or similarly, we have x number of shoppers now in the store at this time.
