Great options, questions answered promptly, within 5 minutes, available no matter how much time you need, popup is great, customization so helpful. Definitely on brand for my shop. staff very helpful, professional, cordial.. highly recommend.

Great options, I would strongly suggest a "copy" feature, so I can keep all of the designs consistent, and not have to keep re-inventing each one to specifications. copy, very important for consistency, and time savings. other than that, it is not uncomplicated but great, and as for me, just not possible without SIDEKICK...

Easy set up, provided appropriate links, and the Shopify Assistant, is also knowledgeable, so help was right at my fingertips. At the end, an ad with a favorite, or top selling product was ready if I wish, dates, pricing, all clear and "at the ready".. great experience.

Much simpler to navigate than other products I have used. Still challenged with AI support, but overall a great experience. I was able to do in an hour what it took me 3 in other venues. My products look great and the production made easy, especially for new vendors as am I.
